I'm so pleased that I finally found a stretch that truly works my IT bands! I am a naturally very flexible runner and yogi, so finding a position that really gets into my IT bands has been difficult. Those last two reclining poses with the wrapped strap did the job beautifully. Much thanks to you!

Right, I see what you are saying. Perhaps you could do it enough times to memorize it. Then you could hold them for as long as you like!
