    Such an inspiration -- i mean 5.5 hours of training is absolutely mad on barely any fuel (it's like my normal day of eating on a non-training day :P) but kudos to your inspiration and dedication to the training plan!!!!! One day hope to get to a place where 4:45 is aerobic :)

    FYI-for the Garmin, when doing drinks (kicks mores then anything) you can put drill mode on and it will count towards your overall laps. Had to watch how to vids when I got my Garmin for swimming.

    You really smashed those training sessions! 💪 I'm currently preparing myself to go out for a long run while watching this and ironically it's also snowing/raining here right now + a heavy wind. I don't really mind the rain though, but the wind is not fun. But your video gave me a bit more motivation to go out and get it done. Keep up that good work! 🙂

    Hey girl! most watches usually can't calculate any kick distance in a set, as your arm isn't in motion. this will be why you're down on the metres. It definitely should be picking up the pull part. You can skull with one arm under the board to ensure it knows you're moving but it doesn't always get the whole lap. hopefully one day they'll have a kick feature so we can have accurate times for our sessions!!!haha Love the video :)

    I love to eat toastet bread with peanut butter, banana and cottage cheese or greek yogurt and a little bit of salt on banana 💛 but bagel with pb and banana look amazing too 😍

    Hi Steph, maybe I missed it but what is the criteria for participating in Ironman? Can you please do a video explaining how someone who isn't an athlete could partake in such competitions ? You have inspired me to challenge my body but I lack direction and I really want to try this year.

    The "vegan blend" does taste "earthy" but you should absolutly try the soy isolate ! the texture in smoothies or in oats is great, really smooth and creamy ! salted caramel and toffee popcorn flavors are amaziiing

    Do you have a "drill" feature on your garmin? Scroll done and use the drill feature when using paddles or anything that's not traditional swimming. You can add the distance after the set.

    You are amazing!!! I know you are focused on the Ironman but have you ever heard of the coast to coast in NZ?, we have a guy at work who is in his 60s doing it in one day, It’s 243 km, running, biking and kayaking…run 3km, 55 km cycle, 33km run, 15 km cycle, 67 km kayak, and ends with a 70 km cycle. 🍪🍪🍪.

    Steph, can you not find a treadmill to run on when the weather is so bad or do you just not like it? Running in that weather was crazy, I would not have been able to run for over an hour in that 😳 and you’re triggering me in the best way possible by eating more food 😋

      I didn't have enough time in the day to go anywhere else as the day was non stoppppp but i don't like running on a treadmill ever tbh - feels so unnatural to me! xx
