Question, first time tesla buyer don't have good credit but i have a good job and looking to put down 15,000 cash i do qualify for the tax credit but the my bad credit what approach or route should I take and looking to purchase in mid September 2024
Quick question. I just bought 2020 model 3 performance with FSD for $20k(after $4k used ev credit) at my local tesla dealership. Obviously, it has pretty high miles on it. About 90k miles. 1 private owner. No accident. I'm kinda scared of high mileage Ev, but I wanted to give it a try since it has FSD. What do you think about this deal?
@ferrynpalmer3875 thanks@@!!! Yeah, the listed price was $24k, and so after $4k credit, it goes $20k and confirmed. No negotiations. I'm getting it from the tesla dealership.

I think you got a great deal!
Was there negotiating required to get them down to ~ $24K before the tax credit? Or was it listed @ $24k from the start?

Sadly, it's looking end of September or possibly end of December as a Christmas present to myself.
June isn't going to happen. ☹️
