I could only watch till about 2 minutes, I am starving at the moment. Let me go and eat something first and come back to watch this with a level head. I knew something was wrong when I was able to smell the braai through the screen.
South African braai is the best in the world man .... what about the dry wors and biltong ??? Lekker lekker ... dop galore ....😅😅 from s a Indian ....proud to be south African 😂😂
You know what, the world is right. The South African accent is the most beautiful in the world and the men are not bad either. Having been to ZA many times in my life, I fell in love with the friendly, warm nature of the South Africans. Always willing to help and always ready for a braai. ❤
I'm a Scouser (from Liverpool) and have lived in Cape Town the last 17 years, and can only say well done on trying to bring the braai to the English. I'm pretty amazed at how close you can get the proper braai quality in England, would have been a real struggle when I lived there.
I love how all South African stick to a handful of sayings. “Don’t be a doos, be lekker” is always up there for me. Glad you’re spreading the South African culture.
Don't be a Doos !!! This is NOT a South African culture.... People braai vleis all over the world for centuries... Don't get suck in one one place.....start traveling the world and that may open your eyes !!!!
Well done Boet. I have likes and subscribed. Great set up. If I am ever near you, I pull in for a dop and chop. 💚🇿🇦. Braai, Brandy and Springboks for life .
Casually watching UA-cam when this popped up! My eyes nearly popped out of my head when I saw you are literally around the corner from me. Great vid, keep up the great work! Will be over to visit ever soon!! Dan
Watching from Zimbabwe. Nice one bro. I missed home braai so much when I was in Asia until i found a small shop in Singapore stocking castle lager, Aromat, Iwisa pap meal, Chakalaka, Sparletta and Nandos sauces. Sigh!!!
hi guys my name is jon and ive been in the uk for 2 years now, missing my braai and south african products and atmospher, definatly need to come see u guys
LOVE YOU BRAAI IN THE UK , WE HAVE A BOERIE STAND ON BURGH STREET IN CAPE TOWN, LOVE WHAT YOU DING OVER THERE!!!!! ALL THE BEST FROM ROBERT AND JULIE . 🙂
Watching this on a cold winter evening in the Uk! Torture. By tomorrow afternoon i will be in my local SA shop / butchers, buying all this stuff. Feeling inspired to light up the grill regardless of the stormy weather 🫣
The difference between a braai and an Australian bbq is not just in the name or the meat involved but in the significance of the braai itself. Aussies will braai but they hide their braai around a corner somewhere and then bring the food to the table whereas Saffers will all stand around the braai as the centrepiece of the event.
Ha ha ha porridge🤣 as am watching this I am having my morning porridge (iPhalishi) in IsiZulu. Yes made from maize & you can have it with sugar, milk, lemon, penut butter whatever tickles your fancy. Porridge is is runny you use more water when you cook. Now when it comes to Pap (iPapa) you ought to use more maize less water & it becomes more stiff hence in some areas in SA its referred to as Stiff Pap. Then also in Zulu community mostly (stand to be corrected) we do uPhuthu which is even more corse. Uses less water which gets nice & fluffy & crumbly. So in short Pap my Broe is not bloody porridge. Nice to see though in a foreign land that you brothers aren't taking any short cuts all that's missing is cooler box with nice cold castle lager & klippies with coke.
Braaing is an art form. The are the basic elements, boerie and a wood fire is the foundation then the is sone room for personal expression. E.g why put the mielies in tinfoil? Straight on the grill China! Makes them a little crispy in some parts and tender on the inside. But that's just my way. You get the idea ... To conclude this form of art has plenty room for personal expression. In
We have a team of 4 here, 2 from RSA and 2 from the UK. Chris & Chane are our South Africans, they moved over from Joburg 2 years ago with their young daughter. Lived in North Riding 🇿🇦
Sjoe daai kole lyk warm tjomma, gee daar vir die ingelse skilpadjies, sosaties, oepsies, knoffel en braai broodjies dan sal hulle verstaan hoekom ons hulle gereeld klop in rugby 💪💪
Howzit! We currently have a little shop in Bishop’s Stortford (Stort Biltong, Millars Maltings, Southmill Road, CM23 3DH) where we sell our own Biltong, droewors, raw braai meats and imports from South Africa. We’re planning on moving this year to a much bigger unit where we can braai and have a bar in full flow! Keep your eyes peeled boet 🇿🇦
Watching a braai video after a braai is the pinnacle of being south african.

Little bit of braai coma, really makes it that little bit more difficult enjoyable
A BBQ is the line going into a hair salon 😂😂😂😂😂 Hilarious. I’m using that in the future

All South Africans curse at their neighbors out of jealousy when they smell that fire next door.
I love the fact that you have a South African radio station in the back ground

Boere television.
South African living in Spain...now I am homesick.
Take chop and steak put between grid vertically, fat side down for more flavour and charing fat
Barbeque is a spice. Braaing is the art of cooking meat over coals. It's as simple as that!
Hierdie man is op die regte Kant !
I wanted to comment what I would do differently but fok dit. Jy praat nie oor n ander man se braai nie! Looks delicious!

If you're serious about braaing, you build your braai. 3-4 different types. 😁
My gosh those Lamb Chops... take my money!!!
Is it open only on weekends or every day
