This matchup is unwinnable. Luigi can't land, he can't get off the ledge, he can't get in and he has no safe ways of killing luma. He needs a pocket cloud fast.
How can a character like Luigi whose win conditions requires approaching vs. a character like RosaLuma who can just wall you and limit your options? I like Elegant and his Luigi, but he barely won that 3rd set vs. Dabuz.
My strat is screw over Luma, rack up damage on Rosa, if Luma respawns, kill it again as quick as I can, face Rosalina head on, and if she's prone to dumb options, she can tap my shield and I'll tap her with an Up-B. Note: This is coming from a Weegee main and it DOES work. Be careful with this plan thought because you only have so much second windows between Rosa and Luma. It's not impossible; it's just difficult.
I don't know why the butthurt it's not my fault you guys are cheering dabuz for playing reactive .I just find it boring and annoying .A player that doesn't risk in in this game apparently wins lol

That's where it's hard for Dabuz, a lot of people don't like him, his playstyle and personality wise he's quite awkward. Also Dabuz wants a certain sponsor, not just any sponsor, he has standards. Because of these factors I completely understand why big companies don't want to sponsor him

Unfortunately I feel like this is one of Elegant/Luigi's worst matchups. I'm curious to see how my man continues to grow and find a solid answer to it. I believe Rosalina is an honest character an has noticeable weaknesses, but Luigi in particular doesn't have very good tools to capitalize off of them.

its at a point where Elegant needs to outplay consistantly to win a set which wont happen anytime soon. A Cloud pocket wouldnt be a bad idea.
