How to use -ТО and -НИБУДЬ in Russian + КОЕ-?

How to say SOMEONE or SOMETHING in Russian? There are a few different options but they all depend on what you want you say. Russian particles ТО, -НИБУДЬ and КОЕ all convey different meaning.
