Smart move… we own a Spanish Style triplex in Los Angeles. We live in the owner’s unit upstairs 3 bed and 2 bath, and two units downstairs and both are 2 bed and 1 bath. Our tenants pay our mortgage!

The house with the really low ceilings.......did you notice those gray metal poles with the holes all over them? Those are supports that help keep the place from falling down. My parents had to do that in their basement, as it too was a more historical home. First time watching you, can't wait to see more!!

The first and last house was definitely a contender for me brownstone houses in New York are so beautiful I would definitely make one or two of the smaller rooms as a big closet for all of your gorgeous outfits, shoes , bags and hats. Looking forward to touring more houses with you.❤❤❤❤

Hello, the last house have an happy & fresh feeling , you can just move in. If you go for a house with renovations, expect spending at least 25% above your budget , you always get unfortunate surprise that you didn’t price in. After my third house renovation I know what I speak about and it is tiring and draining. I m Sure you will make the right choice . 🌼🍀🍀🍀

That little room can be fitted as your walk-in closet. Wish I had never knocked down the small room wall to enlarge the adjoining bedroom.
