I bought the same LEDs. I was debating between this ikea display case and a bergshult shelf. I decided to get the shelf instead since it was way cheaper than the case and I was able to display 4,500pts of marines. The shelf lives over my playing desk so it is both aesthetic well looking and functional since I can just grab whatever units I want. I ended up getting 3 of those shelves and I can display 12,000pts of armies for less than $100. The only downside is dusting but I like the look better than display cases. Glass cases feel more like a boomer display, I guess its ok for stuff you would never play with.
Came across your video and grabbed a set of these lights for my Fabrikor. Thanks for the info. I crowdfunded the Ghostbusters Proton Pack by Hasbro, it looks great in the Fabrikor with these lights illuminating it. 👍
