Even locked characters have different placement than in final version You could do fatality on normal opponent in Chess Kombat instead of killing only a leader in final version Puzzle Kombat Roster is smaller, and has Ashrah and Hotaru as characters to unlock. Sindel, Jade, Raiden and Kabal aren't present in this version of Puzzle Kombat. That's all changes that I have spotted

Noob and Smoke are still separated characters. Havik and Noob coexists in separated slots, with Noob being located where Havik's final position is, and Havik being located below Noob. Oddly, in the final game Havik uses Noob's locked icon instead of his own.

Why has no one made a Beta/Demo comparison with the official release version? The character selection screen is way different. There’s no Noob Smoke, Hotaru, Sindel, Kenshi is playable immediately and Li Mei as well but her select image is her secondary outfit. The character sprouts are in different positions. Now I want to make a video on it lol. There’s so many differences

Glad I’m not the only person that realised these changes, would’ve been cool if Ed Boon went onto Konquest to see if there was any differences as well
