Thanks for talking about the "trolls" and the haters, I have seen many people's jealous ranting from many different sides over the last 3-4 years, it does seem to me that it is any and all bands that have a small handful of this type of fan, usually they just move on after a while, some seem to just enjoy hating instead of finding what they enjoy. Hey, I'm so glad that you've got the admission to the gig!! Yes, they are always extra happy when they play this piece and they play this every concert. This song is the very first EP that they have releast and opened the door to the world for them.
There are people encountered who hate technical playing and players. Okay. Fair enough. Then Lovebites and many other Japanese metal bands are not for them. It is the why that is important as to why people don't like technical players. One is they are jealous that these talented musicians are better than they are. I know they make me look and sound like a kindergartner playing guitar. You know what? That makes me appreciate them more. Those who play know the hours and years of practice required to become a competent guitar player. One should not be jealous. One should appreciate. Then there are others who think the only music is the blues. They say technical playing has no emotion. Of course, this is where they err. Blues is called the blues because it sounds melancholy and sad. Sadness is the only emotion they think music should have. It hits them in the feels. Though I have an appreciation for the blues, sadness is not the only emotion music can have. Where they is sadness there can also be joy. Joy is an emotion. Music can also have a scary creepy horror sound. Emotions one can hear in music are sadness, joy, defeat, victory, desperation, elation and being a scaried. There is also majesty and the epic feeling music can add. We have all encountered another type of person: The Contrarian. They have to oppose everything and feel they must create conflict wherever they go. They are troublemakers. They do this to be the center of attention. Lovebites has feels to it and they also have great technical playing. They don't have one bad song in their catalogue. They write great songs to masterpieces. Cool that you are getting to see Lovebites in Dallas. I was lucky enough to get a ticket, too.

It has been played in every* performance since their debut. It appears the members very much enjoy playing it, and the energy & lyrics are a positive uplift toward whatever arises in the 'now' and 'future'. This stage setup gives us good views of Haruna from many angles of the others due to low 'riser' 🧡 All the transitions & Haruna's 'fills' are (as usual) creative, fascinating, unique & precise to the finest detail. *ttbomk, their only LIVE set that lacks "Don't Bite The Dust" is 'Knockin' At Heaven's Gate Part II" ... Who could prefer a grumpy old man singing, over Asami's voice, presence, movement and beauty? I'm certainly not, I'm at a point in my life, after 45 years of listening to heavy music, where I want positive energy, beauty, freedom. And what can I say, when I recently saw a video of Iron Maiden, three old men with cutoff jeans, showing leg hair, full of wrinkles, with sleeveless t-shirts...uffff...aesthetically a nightmare haha. I feel your anger and frustration about thumbs down. But, I am sorry, thumbs down is a general problem. Do not have anything to do with Lovebites. Some people just do it. For various strange reasons. I mean, is there anything more despicable than to set thumbs down on a prodigy kid video? Still there will be thumbs down for the extremely talented kid. Personally I do not think forums shall have thumbs down as an option. Now, UA-cam has done one good thing. They do not show the number of thumbs down, only the poster of the video can see them. That is almost as good as removing thumbs down, and it satisfies me. I think it is OK.

I was just joking, that when I tried the route from Michigan "to Dallas", the map misunderstood "Dallas" with "Dallas, WI" instead of "Dallas, TX". I guess, there are even more "Dallas" cities in the US! I am aware, that after the festival in Atlanta, there's only Dallas, LA and SF. Still. Probably not changing any more. So it was just about the towns, not the shows. Sorry!
If they are doing the thumbs down like you suspect then they are just a bunch of spiteful nobodies. Congrats at getting tickets to see LOVEBITES though. I saw them at the London shows. They are just as adorable and professional in real life.

Lovebites is my favorite band, hands down. I use the thumbs up for the reactor, not the band. I will never give a thumbs down, if I do not like the reactor I just don't subscribe. You are right on with your comments about that person. Enjoy Lovebites, I am jealous of every one that gets to see them.

I looked and you haven't seen the band Fate Gear on your channel yet, I am seeing them in August in my hometown and their leader is Cpt Mina who was the leader of Destrose who you can call the mother of so many all female bands, Lovebites included, Miho and Haruna were in Destrose together for 2 years 2012-2014. Exactly, my friend. Joy, positivity, beauty...the heavy metal of these girls is everything that was missing in this genre, in total decadence, with its funereal, boring, repetitive aesthetic...The ladies of Japan have revolutionized it and resurrected it.
Who could prefer a grumpy old man singing, over Asami's voice, presence, movement and beauty? I'm certainly not, I'm at a point in my life, after 45 years of listening to heavy music, where I want positive energy, beauty, freedom.
And what can I say, when I recently saw a video of Iron Maiden, three old men with cutoff jeans, showing leg hair, full of wrinkles, with sleeveless t-shirts...uffff...aesthetically a nightmare haha.
On the other hand, when M & M & M come together, it is a delight.

i think it may be the hater that goes by many different screen names and rips LOVEBITES every chance he - or she - gets. if they spend that much time trying to find positive reactions to spew their garbage - all i can say it it must take up all of their time. very few reactors dislike LOVEBITES.

I feel your anger and frustration about thumbs down. But, I am sorry, thumbs down is a general problem. Do not have anything to do with Lovebites. Some people just do it. For various strange reasons. I mean, is there anything more despicable than to set thumbs down on a prodigy kid video? Still there will be thumbs down for the extremely talented kid. Personally I do not think forums shall have thumbs down as an option. Now, UA-cam has done one good thing. They do not show the number of thumbs down, only the poster of the video can see them. That is almost as good as removing thumbs down, and it satisfies me. I think it is OK.
That troll/hater you say you know who it is... does the name begin with Ing by any chance? I have had the "pleasure" of "discussing" with that troll in the comment section of another Lovebites reaction. The troll in question tried to insult me by making a comment about canines, probably thinking that my profile pic is a dog. Trolls must have pretty bad eyesight, they obviously can't tell the difference between a dog and a cat. Anywho, I have seen that same troll in the comment sections of other Lovebites reactions as well, spewing its nonsense and hatred. I really don't get it, what is so funny about showing how immature you are, taking pleasure in being an a**hole? I just wish that troll would stay beneath its bridge and keep quiet, while listening to Nightwish's "Yours Is An Empty Hope" on repeat.
Btw, I love Lovebites, Nemophila, and Band-Maid, and I enjoy Babymetal too. And even if I didn't, it would never cross my mind to write negative and mean comments in the comment sections of reaction videos to bands I don't care for. It's pathetic.
The thumbs down are fans of Nemophila, Baby-Metal or Band-Maid, for sure.

Nice reaction. I love these other bands too, plus a few other ones: we’re so lucky to be able to follow these bands. Lovebites are my favorite band, but I thumb 👍🏼 up the others too. So much talent around here.
