    Thank you for the beautiful explanation about the vagus nerve. I need more calm and I've been using essential oils in my diffuser every day after work but the navel therapy should be so much more effective!

      I got the free pdf they mentioned. For olive oil it says antioxidant, anti-aging and improves skin health. They've got a breakdown of about 10 different oils.
