What is benefit of olive oil? I am allergic to dairy and coconut. Thank you. Pranams.
I got the free pdf they mentioned. For olive oil it says antioxidant, anti-aging and improves skin health. They've got a breakdown of about 10 different oils.
You can use coconut oil. Btw what happens when you consume dairy and coconut? Are there specific symptoms you suffer with?
I have a small sliding hernia. Is it ok to do these exercises?
