Well! That's a very nice video. Very clear and appetizing. We can see the sauce get thicker, it really looks promising. Some people just put everything together in a pan and start cooking it, I am sure this technique is better. Today I drove to another city basically to have this for lunch, and I was a little disappointed, it was under seasoned, no sense of vinegar and spices at all. No harm done, but this food suffered the same fate that Taco Bell brought to Mexican food. I then went to the beloved "Manila Bakery" nearby and the reliably delicious hot food was pretty much sold out. Too bad! So it's another thing you have to make yourself, and here we are!
Omg sarap neto.. ung kulo pa lang gutom na ko.. nice video editing.. so relaxing to watch. Thanks for sharing. Watching from Los Angeles.. dala ko na po rice mo.. see ya
Suddenly Uncle Roger bursts through the wall like the Kool-Ade Man! Shouting "Why so WEAK? Haiyaa.". Well it might be salty enough, maybe a little M S G? Sold in all Asian markets. I'm making this right now, will probably add some chicken stock powder, just out of habit.
There's Philippine vinegar! Cane vinegar, palm vinegar. In America I think our usual vinegar is made from coal. This dish has a strong flavor, it might be that anything would work.
Ingredients: 800 g Chicken ( Thighs ) 1/2 cup Soy sauce 1/4 cup Vinegar 5 pcs Bay leaves 1 tsp Peppercorn 1 Onion 1 head Garlic 1/2 tsp Black pepper 1 tbsp sugar (to balance the taste) Salt to taste Cooking oil

Low heat
That's kind of what "simmer" means! (the low heat). Just a few bubbles, not fully boiling.

I'd prefer 3 parts vinegar, 2 parts soy sauce.
What kind of vinegar?
There's Philippine vinegar! Cane vinegar, palm vinegar. In America I think our usual vinegar is made from coal. This dish has a strong flavor, it might be that anything would work.

Hi! You can use the video, if you give credit to my channel, that would will be great. 👍
Onion? My family don't use onion in our adobo recipe
I never did use onions too! It tastes weird to me when I ate my friend's adobo with onion. But yeah to each their own.
Do you live in Chicago I will pay you to cook chicken adobo for me
Any chance to visit mid east or phils? Will cook adobo for you. And my version of with coconut milk.
Why sugar?
Just to balance the taste my dear.
Where’s the vinegar?
Hi dear, i just reused the marinade liquid to cook the chicken that contains vinegar.
It's all up in there!
