I used to camp all the time when I was younger. Now that I'm older & disabled I can no longer camp so I love watching your videos. The wood cutting brings back some good memories,as a kid it was my job to cut the logs in to kindling for fire starting. We had a Rayburn and a very large open fire so they were much needed.

I'm from Alberta Canada so that weather looks warm and balmy. a month ago here it was -43C with the windchill. Eating hot food like chillies speed up your metabolism so should help you stay warm.

I really liked that spaceship tent. Pretty easy set up and put away and looks like it has a lot of space (headroom too). The space alien sleeping bag might be a little too weird for my taste, but it was a delight to see. Really excellent video!

Going camping this week (for a week) in a tent. First time I have gone out in 3 years. I have masses on both lungs, but you are such an inspiration to all of us, you made me realize how much I missed my fishing and camping, including the food outside is a complete different level. Thank you for all you do sir. You are awesome 💕 May I suggest get some red hot sausages and cook them on the fire, split them make a sandwich with bread mayo mustard and cheese and the grilled sausage from the fire. Best sandwich for breakfast ever. (IMHO)
So sensible taking the time to cook proper meals for yourself rather than just snack. You can get hand warmer packs. I bought them for when we used to go skiing as my husband suffered "white fingers" (Reynolds Disease). ..quick warm up. Great recipes again - such versatility. xx
Do you mean Raynauds Phenomenon? Sometimes medications - beta blockers- trigger/cause this, was he checked for underlying causes? Smoking, vaping can also trigger.
That is an ice fishing tent ! That’s why it doesn’t have a floor. That’s also why it’s designed to go up without poles and spikes. You can find insulated versions online that are very cozy to sleep in.

I find this guys videos so relaxing. They are awesome to fall asleep to. I don't know what it is. The clam pace combined with pretty still shots of nature just makes me drift off.
That sleeping bag suit looked hilarious, I've seen ones where you unzip the bottom and you can shuffle around but not with arms and legs. But on a more sensible note, if you are somewhere you dont feel safe and might need to make a quick exit for some reason it would be ideal, or if you needed to get a fire going when you first wake up in freezing temperatures very handy indeed.

Mexican here. Never see this dish before. That dinner dish is more like the american "jalapeño poppers" usually wrapped in bacon and no salsa. More of an appetizer. That being said, Absolutely respect the effort and use of mexican ingredients. Will actually try to do this dish! The breakfast was fantastic! Thanks for the great video!!!
I've been sleeping in Sleeka overalls and Sleeka jacket for years. It took a bit of getting used to but now I will never go back to a sleeping bag. It is just to convenient being able to go outside the tent in the middle of the night to take care of business without getting cold and have complete freedom of movement. Additionally, the Sleeka jacket does double duty as my on track reinforcement garment, saving weight and room in the pack. Highly recommended.
Jalapeno pro-tip: most of them are relatively mild but there's a way to tell the superhot ones. They get hotter as they age, and you can see more striations on the skin when that happens. Love your vids!!!

my portable ice fishing hut is of this design. a strong enough wind will pop the hubs so it will collaspe. a heavy enough rain will pop the central roof hub. this style it is MANDORTORY to guy it out to prevent the hubs from popping to include adding a central roof line up into a tree pulling up. over here in the usa ice fishing shacks are of this design. in the 2m x 2m size. the 1 i have is around 1.7m squared. at 10kg. built as a spear house (blackout)

In the winter I’ve always kept a small bowl of hot water and a cloth to occasionally soak in the water, squeeze out and drap over the installed gas cylinder. Works a treat!

You can get hand warmer packs. I bought them for when we used to go skiing as my husband suffered "white fingers" (Reynolds Disease). ..quick warm up. Great recipes again - such versatility. xx

That is an ice fishing tent ! That’s why it doesn’t have a floor. That’s also why it’s designed to go up without poles and spikes. You can find insulated versions online that are very cozy to sleep in.

I find this guys videos so relaxing. They are awesome to fall asleep to. I don't know what it is. The clam pace combined with pretty still shots of nature just makes me drift off.
That sleeping bag suit looked hilarious, I've seen ones where you unzip the bottom and you can shuffle around but not with arms and legs.
But on a more sensible note, if you are somewhere you dont feel safe and might need to make a quick exit for some reason it would be ideal, or if you needed to get a fire going when you first wake up in freezing temperatures very handy indeed.
Jokes aside Andy does a great job keeping us warm and cosy. Especially on a cold night. Not a bad cook either.

Mexican here. Never see this dish before. That dinner dish is more like the american "jalapeño poppers" usually wrapped in bacon and no salsa. More of an appetizer. That being said, Absolutely respect the effort and use of mexican ingredients. Will actually try to do this dish! The breakfast was fantastic! Thanks for the great video!!!

I've been sleeping in Sleeka overalls and Sleeka jacket for years. It took a bit of getting used to but now I will never go back to a sleeping bag. It is just to convenient being able to go outside the tent in the middle of the night to take care of business without getting cold and have complete freedom of movement. Additionally, the Sleeka jacket does double duty as my on track reinforcement garment, saving weight and room in the pack. Highly recommended.
Jalapeno pro-tip: most of them are relatively mild but there's a way to tell the superhot ones. They get hotter as they age, and you can see more striations on the skin when that happens. Love your vids!!!
I used to be able to eat peppers right off the vine. Sadly not anymore, but the fresh peppers are just as hot or hotter,please take my word for it.

I bloody love these camping videos. Especially when it’s cold and passing down, like right now. I’ve never actually been camping and I really would love to to it, someday. The colder and wetter the better. Nothing like being cold and wet and then jumping in bed. Even if it is just a cozy sleeping bag.

my portable ice fishing hut is of this design. a strong enough wind will pop the hubs so it will collaspe. a heavy enough rain will pop the central roof hub. this style it is MANDORTORY to guy it out to prevent the hubs from popping to include adding a central roof line up into a tree pulling up. over here in the usa ice fishing shacks are of this design. in the 2m x 2m size. the 1 i have is around 1.7m squared. at 10kg. built as a spear house (blackout)

In the winter I’ve always kept a small bowl of hot water and a cloth to occasionally soak in the water, squeeze out and drap over the installed gas cylinder. Works a treat!
that looks so cool it reminds me of the tents that the scientists use down in the Arctic and when climbing mountains.
