- Biltong made using our homemade Biltong box.
Ingredients:
1Kg topside sliced up
30g Kosher salt
5g Ground Coriander
5g crushed coriander seeds
1 tsp chilli flakes/powder (optional)
2 Tbsp Vinegar
2 Tbsp Worcester Sauce

Get rid of the sugar if you want biltong Eish... that is mostly used in jerky lmao
Tip 1: roast your coriander in a pan, along with the black pepper
Tip 2: try the tri-colour pepper corns over plain black...
Tip 3: Do the wet treatment first, let marinade (time is subjective to your taste) pat dry then rub seasonings into meat and hang...
Basic ie CLASSIC recipe is salt, black pepper and coriander....
Be brave my friends don't over dry it like that should be nice and pink inside just my 2 cents worth of info
