How I prevent slippage is by using my flat iron on a low setting and pressing down on the knots to give it a tight hold. This technique works I don't get any slippage.

Yes I do split my hair 3 or 4 times and then I apply"Old school Jeri curl glycerin gel which makes it so curly and back to it original curl.

I’ve read a comment like this on one of her other videos and I was so happy when I came across it….that s curl glycerin works like a charm on synthetic hair!!

Lia!!!!! Girllll I still got this hair in my head (month 2) and I love this curl. I had split this hair twice and used the extreme clear gel and the curls popped right back in place and I’m about to take this out and people thought the hair STILL looks good. I’m glad you reviewed this hair Bobbi boss did it with this one. My only pet peeve is the knots not locking. I used the ultra hold edge control to lock them down but i will buy this again 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Also what i don´t understand some are long with only 12 inches while other are short in this size. With some hair 3 packs are enough with other hair you need 7 packs😧😵💫? While its the same style. 😀

Looks gorgeous!! You're an expert at splitting the hair. Whenever my braider does this it's a tangled mess. It was so bad that I just give her the hair before install so she won't mess it up!

🇬🇧🙋🏾♀️I agree with your splitting the hair statement. I've split 90% of the crochet I've tried. Some you can't split or it ruins the curl pattern but generally I split it to reduce the volume, and cut to shoulder length. How long you wear the hair can also affect the level of maintenance and length of wear. 🤗

I understand what you mean about splitting the hair!! I just split my hair multiple times for the first time using kima ocean wave and I was like “this looks different.” Lol. Hi Lia, thanks so much for sharing this video. I workout 5 to 6 days a week intensively and thought crochet would be the answer. As much as I love the style, you can't keep them longer than 3 weeks as they only offer synthetic hair. I Silky straight hair suit me better than curly. Do you know any brands that toffer human hair silky or yaki straight hair for crochet; I am willing to pay higher price

How do you keep the knots from slipping? I love this hair (so soft and pretty!) and I also double knot but it keeps slipping. 😢
I honestly haven’t had a slipping issue, so I don’t do anything outside of what is shown in the video
