BarbarianBody I am 52 and I have fought with my weight most of my life. I jogged, cross country skiing, weight training, etc. tried all kinds of nutritional types including vegan, I have had 3 major surgeries on my stomach. Had my colon removed 15+ years ago have a poop bag on the side. But I have finally found a nutrition plan that is working for me have lost 14 kg (30lbs) started at 118kgs (260lbs) and stand 188 cm (6’2”). I know that with the scars and poop bag I never walk around with my shirt off to impress people but I still can be fit, and my wife still loves me.
