Hi, thanks for the kind words but I'm not an author of the mod (Tiberium Essence is Carnius' creation). I'm just a fan of the mod and wanted to do a story around it. There are probably map makers who do Scrin missions, but I don't (besides the two non-canon I made) because I don't have an interest in the Scrin (beyond playing them). With my Act 3/Finale, it's how I would have done C&C4 if I was in charge of the story. I feel like the Scrin would return, but there would have to be a break first to make it special. Greetings from the UK :)
This would have what Command & Conquer expansion sets had been, if EA didn't mess it all up. You have impressively filled the storyline void between after the events of Firestorm Conflict, and before the events of Kane's return through Rio Insurrection. Not to mention also filling another storyline void after the battle for the Tacitus in the Rocky Mountains. Also add the Forgotten perspective, and the iconic immersion of that ideal Tiberian aesthetic from the Second Tiberium War. EDIT: Also, a thought. I wish TE has also assets for those old and outdated arsenal used in the Second Tiberium War being occasionally used to clash with newer generation arsenal in Third Tib War and beyond, like for example: how GDI and Forgotten still used First Tib War-era Mammoth tanks during some battles in the 2nd Tib War. That would have greatly increased the immersion, and the feeling of desperation and resourcefulness.
Thank you for the kind words, they mean the world to me! I'm glad that the purposes of the campaigns were accomplished, and that the aesthetic of Tiberian Sun came through. TE does have some First Tiberium War units for the Forgotten such as: A10s (used for support powers such as Spy Plane etc), the old MLRS which is Forgotten Hydra and the old Mammoth Tank. But unfortunately, the old Mammoth Tank is broken in TE 2.0 because it can't attack for some reason. I do agree that I wish there were some more old tech such as the Adv Guard Towers, Light and Medium Tanks and Nod artillery to show desperation and resourcefulness as you said. Thanks again, I'm glad you enjoyed the story!
Having just discovered these campaigns after messing around with TE for a couple months, is there some kind of guide for which campaigns come first? Or some kind of all-in-one download for them all? I want to start getting my teeth into them as soon as possible but I don't know where to start. I do know they're in the 'addons' section of the ModDB page but there's so many campaigns or parts of campaigns to download I'm a little confused.
