Resto in attesa...
I have a picture of the bloodstains on the shroud if the picture i have is accurate the blood wasn't running from the hand nail to start with. It looks like the blood on the arms in the picture I have of the actual shroud is coming from the whip marks. But you have to keep in mind that Jesus hands were probably tied above his head while he was being whipped. So you managed to show his hands were tied above his head or at or below his waist while being whipped. You just proved this appears to be the shroud ! And the boards do show a wide smudge. You proved this is the shroud ! As far as the back... We don't know if something could have been propped under the lower part of his back to prevent the blood flow.... were some of the spices put here it would have been a good place... theres a void there... was the cloth wrinkled.... theres variables that you simply don't know. The blood stains at the lower back could be from the injuries on the lower back. Carbon dating taken from the repaied corner you can see it on pictures. New dating the shroud is 1st century Lie....masada had the same weave Lie lie lie
All this back and forth with evidence for and evidence against with a dash of conspiracy that Jesus never died, makes the Jesus saga more of a circus freak show than the basic story. There isn’t the slightest bit of irrefutable evidence that the accounts in the gospels actually occurred. The premise of a demigod, straight out of Greek mythology, coming to Earth to take away sin by dying and resurrecting is ludicrous.
Why anyone would go into such trouble to produce fake shroud with image on it? There is nothing in the gospels about image on the Jesus' shroud. Sorry, but it doesn't make sense! If somebody had wanted to fake Jesus's burial shroud and sell as a holy relic, could have chosen any old piece of linen big enough for the purpose. Another question is the style of the image, certainly not medieval. Besides in case of Jesus nakedness has always been taboo in art. How about nails going through his wrists and shape of crown of thorns? Something unheard of in the art of the period. From the point of view of art history alone it's utter nonsense.
*Why anyone would go into such trouble to produce fake shroud with image on it?* Kiddo in medieval ages Church produced en-masse relics to sell them. Seriously didn't you learn any history?
Those three doubts pale in comparison with what the Shroud has going for it.
