Thank you so much! 🙏💗 Now I totally understand whats been going on with my "thymus" / "heart"! I have been having pain in that chest area for some time now. I experienced the same pain when I lost my daughter and father, so I believe that grief is what the blockage is all about. It feels like a spear going right trough my chest to the back and it reccured recently during a time of separation from my divine counterpart that I am in right now. Thank you Hanneke...this is very helpful. Even in phycially touching my TF there is an activation. We have gone thru a stretch of separation in the 3D (certainky not the 5D...as that remained active) but it was only when I uprighted my Masculine and spoke up for myself that this DM responded in a surprising way to acknowledge a greater balance....as, it turns out, in boih of us. ☯️ thank you miss for these I am doing my meditation and deep breathing exercises too on my spiritual journey I note at times pain in the throat and finding my self like I am checking coughing I note I am breathing a little better sinus pressure act up at times the next thing find my self grief come over me tears running down my eyes for no reason although I am at peace with in at times headaches then these symptoms just disappear finding the other half of my self is not a easy walk in the park I know but love this journey although it's a pain
This happened to me after I met her.
What happened next?
A day after we met, I reurned home. I felt as if I ahd just met someone important. side note- I dreamed about this person 2 months before I met them. The dream I had was very vivid, in the dream she told me to "shine my light" I awoke saying "shine my light! Who was that? " I repeated this many times and heard a digitali like sound outside my body, the sound moved into my head and then I heard "her name is Messenger, she is a light worker" . 2 months later I went to a retreat on Mount Shasta where I would meat this person. Before I met her, there was this obvious incident that occured where I could approach her but I ressited until, it was like something pulled me towards her, as if I was grabbbed bt the front of mys shirt , at my heart. I rushed ober towards her and as i was literally flying towards her , I hear this voice inside me say, "you are runnung out of time". We met and spent 3 hours talking , I just listened to her - No judgement, no trying to fix her , I just held the space . I was watching perfection for the first time. After we parted, I went home, I felt this amazing feeling. Somwething giant had occured. The next day I was meditating, and my thoughts went to her. All of the sudden I felt his incredible feeling at my heart. It was an enormaous flow of energy. Me, Chris was witnessing this happen inside my body or heart space, It was the most love I could ever feel. it was as if "Chris" got out of the way but yet was able to watch and feel what was taking place in his own body. I felt all this enrgy moving from me to her. It was the most pure love I could give-- It was all compassion, the most care. I cried, chris cried (in a multidimnsional way) because it was sooo much love that this soul needed. I had an intuitive respnse that assured me that what was being given was exactly what this person needed, no more no less. after that experience, My heart space was light- it was unmistakable that my heat was open. You just know it. The way I was able to express myself, in poetry , writing, was as if it flowed through me effortlesssly. I knew my heart chakra had opened up becasue was living in a new vibration of love. I know that it was my Higher heart Chakra (thanks to this channel) . She asked me a couple days later , via text "I saw my lgiht reflect in your eyes, but I noticed something deeper activate in you. What was that?" I told her for the first time I met the peice of me (source) inside another human. from july 2022- Ocotober 2022. even though we lived 800 miles apart, we communicated all the time. We experienced, telepathy, we meditate over the phone - Our hearts would beat together, energy was moving, we would be talking and suddenly we would get quiet and energy would flow from my heart up to throat then up to thrid eye and crown, we would talk this through as it happend. time I would channel to her - what she needed to hear.. we both would have visions - We both never heard of twin flames but we knew we were - Soul copies. in Septeber we met in Mount Shasta , and camped together for 3 ningths. those days were like we were living in another dimension. time stood still and we were in a state of such peace. It was as if I cared for the this soul - this being soo much - such a gentle, patient, quiet love. not may words needed be spoken, touch was important, I always had a touch on her. like a magnate. I wrote many things this was one thst just came out of me in 5 minutes -

She ran from me in October, It was too much. A lot of stuff was being pulled up from her past. I had already done a lot of work on myself before I had met her. So we are connected for a little while , then she runs, the months later we magnatize again and .. seperate. her running is my chasing and so it is me as much as it is her. It epic Love my friemds - the greatest the greatest and the hardest the hardest- So as above is below. I would just sit with her in silence and look at her -- Speak spiritual truth - not on a way that was to get someone to believe in some BS - it was just sharing knowledge. I was staring at her in such a way becasue i was expereincing myself through another human being,
remember my dream ? when we first met I told her that I thought she was the girl from my dream, "Messenger" . ( To tell a stranger this, is pretty gnarly ) two days later her neighbor gives her a book - He says "its time for you to read this!! " the title of the book "The Messenger" @@TwinSoulAlchemy
Today while meditating i felt my kundalini coming down from crown to heart ❤ what is this?
I am detached from my twin and doing my inner work and self love.
Miss all these resonates come up on me panic attacks at times want to be by my self when the panic attacks and heart rase wondering what is happening that time I get a call from my twin the other half of me
