I love this and I for sure have experienced this! I actually experienced this first around the age of 8-12 years old as I used to love to come home from school and sit looking out from my bedroom window and focus on the sparkling lights on the edge of the horizon far away while I would feel so much love and compassion for life and being grateful. I used to be obsessed with feeling the butterflies in my stomach and feeling them rise up my spine giving me a super strong sense of bliss and tingling like my whole body feels electric even to the point where I could feel the flow continue above my head. During this time when I was young I had many premonitions which were not actually good and involved knowing when family members would get hurt or pass away but I was thankful that I could help in anyway I could. When I got into more social groups as a teen these energies kind of went away. And I met my partner when I was 17 I made eye contact with her from a slight distance and it was kind of dark as a group of friends were walking together. It felt like I always known her and it felt like these premonitions I used to have when I was younger, I had this electric feeling like I knew I had found my twin flame and also with a deep sense of contentment as something told me that we will be together forever without that sounding cliche. We have been together 18 years and I am so grateful.
Those spkars I’ve also seen them. Buddist call them “thigle”

At first, it has to rise up the back… Up the snaking channels of ida, pingala and, most importantly of all, the central channel of shushmna.
Then it can flow down the front nadis.
