The Rosewood Cardigan

Love your work. I purchased the Rosewood cardigan pattern and am about to try if I can get my yarn to the right gauge. About to start the swatch.

Okay so I used Spinesse yarn from Hobby Lobby and it is supposed to be a #3 but is way finer and wants a 3.25 hook or even smaller. I did a whole sleeve with the 4mm and it made my hand cramp super bad. Made a swatch using the smaller hook. I will need to adjust the number of stitches. It would help if u gave the measurements of each piece and how long each starting should be in inches and centimeters so I can adjust. Can u put out those measurements pretty please? I am gonna start all over. Think I might do the herringbone half double slip stich in front loop only instead of single crochet. Easier to count the rows.
