Thank you for posting this! I'm on the fence about this set, but I am a Legendary completionist. 2099 is definitely my least favorite comic book run. I think your playthrough convinced me to buy it.
Question: if I heard you correctly, when Ghost Rider 2099 sends a card from the HQ undercover, you said that you get the abilities of that card as if you were playing it? If that’s correct, where do you get the ruling that other cards sent Undercover by a played also count as played cards? I was playing it as if they don’t count as played cards and just go Undercover to buff up cards in your deck. But obviously, I like the way you played it much better, if that’s an official ruling.
Ah, I see. This is something specifically having to do with the new Cyber-Mod Keyword. If a card like Ghost Rider 2099's Hell Ride sends itself Undercover, then uses a Cyber-Mod ability, you play the card and do all its effects, no matter where it goes in between. So say you had two Tech Heroes in your Victory Pile. You play Hell Ride, which first sends itself and a Hero from the HQ Undercover. You now have 3 Tech Heroes in your Victory Pile. Then, Hell Ride has a Cyber-Mod Tech Tech Tech ability. Since you now have three Tech Heroes in your Victory Pile, you do this ability, since you're finishing the effects of the card from initially playing it. Hope that clears it up!
Man, I’m so glad you’re back and posting to UA-cam. Legendary makes me happy, and you make the best playthrough videos of it. Thank you.

That's not correct- could you timestamp where you heard me say that?
