What a fantastic Scheme! Provides a ton of tension right off the bat and then ramps up beautifully at the end. I've played it 3 times (won once and narrowly lost twice) and each time I had that false sense of security midway through the game. This one sneaks up wonderfully. Great playthrough (as always), Bagel. That was fun to watch.

So, Spider-Man got a massive upgrade all around, eh? Excellent art, and now he cranks out the aggression a little faster between an increase in Fight Power generation *and* the introduction of some minor Cost 0 destruction - all without losing too much of his Cost-2 spammability or completely giving up his Bystander rescuing. I'm not crazy for thinking this is a huge W, am I?

White Tiger in this game fully illustrates the frustration her set causes. An amazing Uncommon that helps KO stuff, but a Recruit common that discards all the good stuff and keeps the dross.

I shamefully confess that i was super tired when i tuned in to this live, and immediately fell asleep through the whole thing 😢 Glad to have the vod now so i can catch to what i missed!

I seem to vaguely remember that Micheal Douglas has in his contract that his likeness can’t be used in material that is not directly in conjunction with the films he’s in, so any games made off of Ant-man would be excluded under this deal. Which is why I think there is no hero group for Hank Pym and they don’t even have an image of Hank on any of the cards, seemingly.

Technically, you didn't fight a Villain on turn 28, you fought a location. Could you have KOd the two wounds as well?

How is this useful like being able to play without a winner

Missed the livestream last week but this played just as I hoped it would. Joe Fixit's rare changes the game. Two things I learned from watching this playthrough...you can KO Grievous Wounds by resting (I assumed you had to pay the cost in the text) and you can shift that Knuckle Sandwich's Focus (3 recruit into 2 attack) as many times as you want during your turn. I thought it was just a single "three-for-two" effect. It's what I love about these streams...reading rules is one thing, but watching everything play out as it's happening is so beneficial. Much appreciation.

Oh man, my initial reading of Uru-Enchanted Weapons could be so rough. I think the intention is that when you reveal a card you remove it from the deck and the put it back, so it would empty the deck. That's why the gave you the focus ability and a downside to using it. I didn't think it'd be so contentious.

You didn't draw with Investigate multiple times. Once you put it on top and Phased a Wiccan card to draw it. Your brain was trying to make this even harder for yourself. Challenge mode!

I don't mind trying I never been in a tournament but I have some of the games idk what to do but am willing to try

First time tuning in for a while - it's good to see some great Legendary fun! Fantastic combo with the Mastermind, Gladiator Hulk, and Speed

Sacrifice for the Soul Stone is probably my favorite scheme from Infinity Saga. The shuffle can really doom you, but if you aren’t immediately blown out of the water, it creates a reliably fun, tense game.

I'll buy it, but I'm not happy about it... What do I do with the old cards? ;_; Also, what's with the playmats just having a singular picture, rather than pictures for the city, hq, etc...?

I hope they will reprint the xmen expansion😁

For the question about what to call a hand that can't fight a villain or recruit a hero, what about Rest Hand, because it forces you to rest and clear all wounds (even if you don't have any)

I decided to try one of your archived randomizers (this one) that looked to have some good feedback on it and had a blast playing it. First time I tried it, I made a few mistakes. But I love the fact that I can just watch your playthrough to get a better sense of proper play. Quick question if you have a moment, please. I see you have a lot of the sidekicks, bystanders and wounds from other expansions in your game. How do you prep those decks before you start a game? Do you swap out X number of base version copies and replace or do you just add them all into one expanded stack? Thanks again and have a fantastic day. Keep up the great work. 👍

Wow. That Spidey and spider foes art is atrocious. I really hope they change it, Spidey and his rogues have yet to have some really good art in this game that I can appreciate. Jeez

I haven’t played Legendary in MONTHS. Mostly because I just can’t seem to get people who want to play it, plus with all the expansions it’s rough to carry it around. But I might update to this second edition of the base game for sure.
