Lee has really really improved his playing - confident, in the pocket - awesome Lee!!!
So true
Yes he has, it's quite noticeable. Now if only that Trogley guy would practice a bit because that guy is horrible and makes his demos almost unwatchable.
@@nishihundan1257 lol
heck yes he has.
He plays his best on a tele
Fun fact. All Hansen guitars have individual names - take off the neck and check
Torben Meldgaard
Same with babies!!
@@JedNadin LOL! :-)
@@torbenmeldgaard8112 This is why guitars are better than babies - you can put their necks back on with a few screws.
@@JedNadin My testis too, left and right or abbreviated as L & R.

"Nickel silver, Maillechort, German silver, Argentan, new silver, nickel brass, albata, alpacca, is a copper alloy with nickel and often zinc. The usual formulation is 60% copper, 20% nickel and 20% zinc. Nickel silver is named due to its silvery appearance, but it contains no elemental silver unless plated"
Nice. 2 grand is my ceiling. I can only violate that in times of war
That's a good ceiling. You should be able to get anything between 1-2 grand. Beyond that is more of a fashion thing in my opinion 😂
My ceiling used to be 1.5 grand, but my other half bought me a 3.8k custom black beauty for Christmas which has made me reassess my boundaries 😂
@@TheBemontsOfficial I bet!! Congrats bro. What an incredible gift 🤘😁
That buys you an Oswald strat. I know where my money would be haha
I paid just under that for my Malmsteen Strat. Well worth it tho. Best Strat I’ve ever played by a long way. So I see no reason to step beyond the 2 grand mark.
Said it before, have to say it again: Pete makes every guitar sound great.
Cookin' it up at the opening jam! Smokin' stuff! Those guitars look and sound amazing.
Great blues chops fellas, love it.
THANKS GUYS!
They do sound mega. From the first bar of the jam at the beginning I was sold.
Love Hansen guitars. Especially the T-style. Those are where it's at.
Does handmade mean all the wood was cut from large pieces of timber , aged and all cut , carved, chiselled and finished and assembled in the same machine free small workshop all by hand? This sounds fantastic.
Cmon release the beasts, give us those beautiful AM Original 70s Strats!
The s types are nice but the gold t type.. oh my 😍
Pete was as sick as always, but damn, the Captain seems to keep getting better and better, props Cap! Thanks for inspiring me as a "grown man" to practice and get better
Awesome Guys 👍👍🎶🎶🎸Beautiful Colors.
Just been to Andertons today and bought one of these brilliant guitars. I tried two Custom Shop guitars as well but the Hansen was the one for me. The Fenders were brilliant but it was the Hansen I bonded with most.
Damn, that opening jam, though!
You guys are tops!
2nd, The Captain just tearing it up like an old Blues Hound! And Pete is fantastic as always.
yeahhhh man! go Lee!! sick opening jam. this (as well as other recent vids) really show how your chops have improved over time....y'all should put together a montage from over the years that show how much you've actually improved, really put it in perspective. maybe you could speak about it as well, perhaps talk about what you've done to improve. after all the social media, gear talk, and everything else, once you take all that away, really, what matters (to me at least) is making music and being able to communicate more fluently through the guitar, aka being a better player
Omg Lee just keeps getting better!! Wow
Woo! More Hansens!
Two of my fav colors.
great jam!!
Pete's outro solo is outstanding! (Even for him)
I can't find your cover of Don't Start Me Now on Spotify. Was it taken down? Also Carry Me Away is posted on the different Spotify account. I love these covers, please do more!
just in time!
They sound great
I wonder how I can get one Canada? These guitars look and sound amazing. Do I just have to order from Andertons? Or are there other places I can get on from?
You guys need to find out if that bottle mark on all Hansen Guitars is made by a Tuborg or Carlsberg bottle. It's a very important spec. 😎
Albani most likely. The local brewer to where he's based. Anyone on Funen who drinks anything else is considered traitorous.
@@whssy You have a good point there 😁🍻
@@thegaindane I'm also fairly sure I saw Albani's Odense Pilsner on the workbench when I was there last year.
It is a Rød Tuborg. I have been in their shop, and they showed me the bottle🙌🏻
Those PUPS have a real 60's ring. I could Jimi and Stevie, particular Jimi. Wow. Gj!
Love the casual nature of this but really want to hear more about the pickup and electronics
As they say, you can have them done how you want.
Are you guys going to Namm 2020?
From the internetz: German Silver is an alloy of copper, zinc and nickel, sometimes also containing lead and tin. It was originally named for its silver-white colour, but the term 'silver' is now prohibited for alloys not containing that metal.
Can we see some eps. of all the guy's guitars in their collection. Curious to see all the T-styles Pete has.
Lee was inspiring... Great playing.
Can you guys find out what type of S Style bridges they use?
Thanks
What was that overdrive Lee used in the beginning jam?
I would love to hear the Thinline T-Style if you guys happen to order one.
Was this shot in 2019? Because if «Next year» is 2021, then we're in for a long wait! :D
Ahhh it seems you caught us out 😉 This video was pre-recorded just before Christmas so will be hoping for a visit in 2020!
@@andertons Henning is nice and close to Egeskov castle.
And Funen has the best microbreweries in Denmark. Check out MidtFyns Bryghus while you are over. And the Mikkeller bar at Copenhagen airport or in Odense.
Captins playing improved a lot ! Good Job !
Imho they nailed the headstock 😎☮️
Great guitars, that's for sure! When you say you're going to Denmark next year, is that 2021 or 2020? Cheers
We are hoping for a visit in 2020! 😉
@@andertons Awesome!
Can you order a hardtail s type?
I've got a fender Strat and a tele in the colour that Pete was playing at the start..
German silver is an alloy made from copper, nickel and sometimes zinc.
Sound better than the high end fenders!
Dansk Pete, could you guys do a review on Baum Guitars? Also fra DK. Aarhus. Mange tak. Dansk Jonathan
Making it shrill- by my man Guitar Pete.
Sounds pretty good for a $3000+ guitar. I wouldn't throw it out of bed, that's for sure, but geez that is basically the cost of 5 professionally upgraded Squier Classic Vibes or something like that. Dare to Dream. Thanks guys- as always amazing jams/playing.
Fender made some strats in early 60s using mahogany for the body.
The S and T shape market is soooo confusing. I ended up getting a T shape from Schecter just because it had the most stuff on it lol... I’m gonna end up with a super stupid strat at some point... but I don’t know what to get!
Those headstocks look like they’re pushing the trademark limit?
you don't think Chapman's headstock is doing the same thing?
ivebeen I must have missed the part of the video where they played a Chapman?
In all seriousness its probably more noticeable with this being a traditional s type.
@@MH-px1hu I'm just saying 90% of manufacturers that make s/t type guitar have a headstock that borderline copies fender
Kind of like Pirelli suing bridgestone because they also sell round tyres. Makes no fuking sence
ivebeen You take a completely unrelated topic and use it to hate on Chapman, I love it lol
I'm lucky to have Henning as my local luthier. No bullshit guy working out of his garage. Reasonable rates and good work. He has another guy who does all the repair stuff AFAIK... but still a good place.
It’s been said already in the comments, but the Captain rips hard in this one.
ABM is a german manufacturer of guitar hardware. They're building excellent tremolo systems out of different materials.
Innovating like it's the year 1968.
11:28 Those pickups sound good ! Or is it Pete ?
I also, am of the opinion, that the slower you progress but still make significant smaller gains, the sharper a shooter you become over the spray and pray types lol.
As much as I try I cannot hear the appeal to using the bridge position alone with single coils. Probably the bass player in me 😂 I just need a touch of warmth for the overtones to glow for me. I understand wanting to "cut"... But maybe that could be in the hands and palming and where you pick? Does anyone out there hear what I hear?? 😂
NRG bridge never even gets used. Too trebley for me.
Agreed. I actually prefer the new ceramic bridge pickups in the MIM guitars to the supposedly higher quality AlNiCo ones in the MIA strats because they have a bit more mid range. The best Strat pickup I’ve ever heard is a lindy fralin SP43, which sounds sort of gritty like a P90.
@@TheJacobshapiro that sounds amazing. That way if you do choose to use the bridge it's not just clangy treble but has added value. 🤔 Seems applicable 🤘😁
When is Anderson’s getting Suhr??
You have to ask Andersons about that :-)..
Andertons Music Co haha!
I refer to these guitars as the TC Electronics Blonde Stratocaster
nice original design!!! hopefuly these are like 500 bucks
Well, it is important to use the right tone bone.
The world famous Norwegian tonemoose! 😜
Gammel Dansk aka Gutter Dance. That's where i usually ended up after a few shots
I think Lee Anderton is my favorite guitarist these days....
They are not using tuborg og carlsberg !!! They are using odense beer...... The propper beer on fyn....Get it right........Hugs.....
Vestfyen havde været bedre Jæger... :D

I’ve been jonesing for a t or s in candy apple red/r.wood neck - so beautiful!
I want one😪 now to sell more stuff on the ebays
It doesn't work! I sold all my guitars to buy an amp and it doesn't even make a sound!
2 & 4 position spank for days.
yum!
Norwegian Moose Bone is the name of the Anderton's blues band.
Lord CirJames it’s all 100% handmade from scratch with no machines or imported parts etc I think that’s what makes it worth the money
SRV was in the room...
Hansen vs. East Coast!
Probably nice guitars however the ageing they still have to learn
The tone is in the Norwegian moose! Haha :)
That gold Tele is calling me...
I need to grow some kidneys for it!
Studying clearly pays of 😀
I think the sound comes from the frets?
the neck is a huge part ..the resonance ..did you hear how loud the lightweight Mahog body was??
@@sugarlife485 I just didn't care for it myself but I'm bias to a custom shop fender - there still badass guitars though
@@troywm1016 yeah I only own fender custom shops They are the best!!
Wow! So original. I’ve never seen a guitar like that before.
2500 euro umph! I played a $3799 fender custom shop 65 Stratocaster in a an aged Dakota red...I literally never fell so in love with a guitar before. I almost walked out with it but my gf was giving me an eye. I feel like it's the one that got away from me.
That weird moment inmediatly afyer the jam
So, the secret of sunken Norwegian Moose Bone is out!
More of Lee Playing in Videos!!!
Only 1 minute and 10 seconds in, and Lee is sounding like I need to start stealing licks from /him/. Bravo; well played!
First comment from a dane. My time to shine 😂
☀️☀️☀️
Maybe i should get one?
no
Sweet sounding guitars guys...very tasty indeed! Now if you can find me a similarly nice Norwegian made guitar, You can deal me in for a sale (kidding..I think ;-) )
Hold on, Lee and Pete are coming to Denmark?... Let me know, and I'll buy you guys a drink; Assuming you're coming to Jutland on not just Copenhagen.
Hansen is on Funen. But they'd probably fly to Billund....
What? Tone Moose? 😯
Yes, Swedish Mose are tone deaf. Haven't seen one ever when I play.
I think at this stage Eric himself is a bit jelous at The Caps vibrato.

I have a new fender strat I paired 1000.00 for it, I tied it to my car and dragged it down the road, looks really worn, for sale now 5000.00 !
the one time I tried Gammel Dansk I got extra hammered. Not because of the potency of the Gammel itself - I couldnt handle the bitterness and I had to take a strong shot of something else asap. That night, I ended up losing my wallet and quite a bit of dignity
It's best with your morning hangover coffee.
have you ever considered supporting Crimson Guitars?
What's wrong with a Fender?
everything Hansen is the new fender
Looks like the strat and tele headstocks had a deformed nub baby.
Why would anyone go for these over the originals?
