Great video and love the scenery! I just ordered a new battery for my XP v1.0 after 2000 miles as the battery was shutting down after 20 miles class 2 with PAS 3 fully pedal riding. Thought long & hard between new 3.0 or battery and ultimately, chose battery as 1.0 is still looking & riding well with exception of battery. Customer Service was excellent at Lectric and final decision was synced by new battery would fit into my next Lectric XP 3.0 when the original is “put out to pasture”. Our weather conditions here in Canada are not as warm as your locale but I ride my XP to work 4 days a week at 4-5 am and at 48 degrees Fahrenheit and with proper clothing & lighting it is perfection. Will sub and review all posts. Thanks.
Awesome man! Thanks for the feedback
Thanks for sharing, we got the exact e-bike as you. I think it’s the best bang for the buck. We watch for your future videos. 👍
Love the view from the hill. Keep up the good work!
Thanks for the video. Appreciate it.
Love the videos.... I still can't believe the ease that you are talking up the heart rate hill!
would be cool to see a throttle-only range test
You must be a neo LARDASS!
There is a video on this and he got 30 miles on it. I'm a little disappointed to see this go 30 miles with pedal assist level 3. I was expecting he was gonna get 45 to 50 miles
I watched parts 1-3, love the views on the hill bro, although you might want to buy a chest phone harness which comes with the phone holder too for a much fun and safer ride. Also thanks for the comparison to the Aventon Ebike too, good day now. 30 miles is pretty good i think and nice bike too!
Thank you! If I start to do more videos I will grab a Go Pro & mount. Yea, 30 miles is PLENTY for 95% of my riding. I average 15miles a ride.
My 3.0 has the 14aH battery. The old motor controller. I’m 260 pounds. On a bike path with some decent hills, PAS 2 mostly but some all throttle to give my bad knee a rest, Strava said 37 miles @ 10.5 mph average speed. I got about 1/4 mile from home and the battery would not give any throttle power but there still seemed to be pedal assist yet. What timing! I was concerned the last few miles.
Super good info for people over 200lbs! I appreciate you sharing this!
Nice video.
Etsy sells some accessories for the Lectric ebikes.
I picked up a screen cover that snaps onto the computer and has volts on one side and battery % on the other side printed on the cover.
From top to bottom the volts start at 54% to the left of the screen and you look to the right of the screen and that would be 100%.
The volts go from 54% to 42% and the battery goes from 100% to 0% so at a quick glance you can visually see the battery remaining without relying on the bar graph.
Comes in different colors as well.
When my warranty runs out on my Lectric 3.0 long range I'm thinking about getting a 2nd battery to mount below the seat post area to double the amp hours to 28aH in my case.
But time will tell.
My rides usually do not drain the battery so I might not go that route.
Thanks for sharing this info !
At 220 lbs my max distance is 25 miles - making the newest bikes coming out with big batteries very attractive.
100% Check out the Ocelot Pro! Huge battery, TONS of power
Is that on throttle only that you got 25 miles or with pedal assist’?
@@adriansalguero1502 that's with unlimited use of PA and throttle
@hartart2869 definitely have to specify that initially
It’s all true I was on that ride.
Thanks for the review. What mirror are you using?

Did they send you a new controller also? my Email last month said that the PWR controler is coming later... But I got my Upgrade brakes and front tire kit two days ago.
I was one of the first to order the bike AFTER the updates! So mine came installed 👍
Does it mean if you have a passenger with a combined 300 pounds and use pedal assist1 or 2 in mostly flat grounds u think it can reach 20miles?
Maybe I can buy a seat and have my wife ride with me and get you answers in the future! :)

Lectric is such a kid’s bike, I’m glad I got the AiPAS A2 Elite instant and saved $300+ 🙂
No it’s not. I haul my kid around on the back of mine and things a beast. If your overweight adult then yes it won’t be very fun but just don’t be fat and you will be fine
@@mattbesaw2790 If you're trying to imply I'm overweight, well you're wrong. You comment only proves my statement about Lectric and how they are nothing more than a marketing company, not a real American ebike manufacture. I surely hope you can pull old glory out of your butt long enough to see you're being deceived and that they have fooled you into buying a Chinese manufacture bike.
500w vs 750w ebike...fo just bike trails are you missing anything?
Where's that trail at ?
Along the Sacramento River in Northern CA 👍
You don't carry any tools, water, ? Need a few bags on yours. Nice video.
I'll wear a small backpack with water on long hot rides 👍
They should make these electric bikes more weatherproof
The newer versions from Rad Power Bikes appear to be better for weather
You said class 2 mode. Nothing showing the mode you’re using. Don’t understand
Class 2 is default setting P8(32)with a 20mph max speed. Class 3 is (P8 100) 28mph (too fast for trails)
I set it in the menu on camera around 35sec 👍
Got it

Your butt is uncomfortable after 30 miles indicates improper setup. Seek help.
I almost NEVER ride 30 miles. 15 is my normal ride & the new seat is great for that distance :)
