On your last point. I recommend going backpacking for a week or more. Not only is it great exercise and you get reconnected with nature, but you really learn to appreciate the little things you have (like showers, hot food, etc) and understand that you can be happy without all the excess crap in your life.

How would you wash yourself? Don't you need to be clean to not attract bugs and diseases?
Well I bought a bunch of nicely needed pretty bowls and nice big hugs and a second pot to cook in and at the end of the day I have A LOT of dishes to clean ‼️🤗
@@zombiekidcrazy You normally don't lol but many people bring baby wipes and that is what I would recommend.
This exact mindset gave me the tools to overcome a breakup in merely weeks that would've otherwise taken months or years. Keep it up Cole 💪

@@ColeHastings I feel like the world would be a better place if everyone knew and practiced some stoic practices. Even though stoicism is really old, it started about 2300 years ago, it is really applicable in today's society.

If you liked stoicism, I would recommend you The Nicomachean Ethics by Aristotle and a couple of books by Plato (The Symposium, Phaedo, Apology, Crito). You should like them too, especially Aristotle's one !
(In France we study them during our last year in "High School")
