    I loved that! Also, I would love more about hip mobility, you've mentioned that in the last two videos and that is something that needs more work for me!

      Having flexible hips can be SO rewarding, it's just easy for me to forget about at times. Happy you noticed it though and loved it, hard to know if people enjoy similar things at times so appreciate the feedback!

      @@MovingMangoPilates I have noticed over the past few months that my hip mobility, I tend to be very tight on my right side, has improved just through the daily Pilates. I am very happy with my improvements through your videos. Thank you.
