    Hello Hannah!!! After the so good session of smiling I've continued my routine with that one, and I feel so good even I'm still in dry fasting! The exercises are slow and effective, it's why I love Pilates workouts! Lots of love. Namaste.

    Hi Hannah, I haven't been able to do any of your workouts since November 6th, as I had an accident and broke my ankle! But I restarted again yesterday wearing a knee-high medical boot on my left leg.
    The good news is I can do it, and your pilates, combined with my physiotherapy, will get me back to fitness again I'm sure.
    So Merry Christmas! 🎄🎉🥳
