- This follow-along warm-up routine is meant to prepare your shoulder, wrists and spine for handstand, back bending and upper body mobility work.
The follow-along warm-up routine was made to compliment my thoracic bridge tutorial and its belonging thoracic bridge workout.
For this upper body and handstand mobility warm-up you will need a wall and a towel.

This warmup should be taught in schools! So grateful that i ve found this video! Thank you for the premium info free provided
Great routine, love it! Just one small feedback, during the wrist warm up and strengthening, the subtitle made the wrist part hard to say. There's no other voice guide over it either. So it is a bit hard to tell when you are changing the wrist movement. If would be better if 1/ you move the hints to the side instead of the bottom; 2/ add some voice over. I'm using this every day now. vielen dank für deine tolle arbeit!
Love it! Next time, would recommend you to add text to the left corner of the frame, not down as it is not possible to see properly what you are doing with your wrists for example ;)
