I'm passed 100 miles in my pair and the shoe still looks fantastic all over. Love the grip on rainy days (my go-to for the rain) and the shoe did pretty well for me in the snow recently. Love these. They do not feel like they've lost anything from when they were new, feel-wise.
I just picked up a pair today for $39 can’t wait to try them out!
My pair over 220km. Works well in most cases except long runs. Fits me TTS, but on long runs, my toes get jammed on the roof to the shoe resulting in a black toenail and painful toe nails.
even with heel lock?
@@metalsadman no. Didn’t try heel lock. But I retired this shoe to be a hiking shoe now.
I've got a pair and adore them
Work really well with my Kayanos and Takumi Sens
FYI: the deviate nitro 2 and deviate nitro elite 2 have a carbon plate, theyre just different stiffnesses to accomdate racing vs speed training
Just received mine, I am leaning to puma since it suits my foot when I got the velocity 2 nitro. Test it on a run immediately and it's amazing, considering buying another pair since it'll be discontinued soon.
Dearr UA-cam please add X5 speed for these loooonnnggggg talkers 😌😴
toebox needs break in
Over hyped, after 150 miles they feel slappy firm and dull. Sorry !
Maybe because you're a heavier runner? The nitro elite foam would be too soft then. I think the same would happen if you use ZoomX from nike. Maybe normal Nitro foam would be better, like the Velocity and Foreverrun.
