Day 20 of 30: Full Body - Balance Series (Pilates for Strength & Mobility)

- Join me for my newest 30-Day Pilates mat series called Balance! This series will kick off on January 1st, and will be all about finding a balance between strength AND mobility. We continually strive for this idea of balance in pilates since a strong, mobile body is key to long-term health. We'll work on this idea of balance throughout each class and throughout the entire series.
This full body workout will hit all those muscles, including core, upper body and lower body. By working on our back, side, and front, as well as in all 4s and seated, the movements will hit the muscles in all different ways for a well-rounded full body routine.

Pilates with you Caitlin has been an awesome experience. I started almost a year ago, including about 3-4 sessions per week. This year the MVMT, movement, strength and balance are accomplishing so much of for me. I am building strength in my shoulders which has led to noticeable improvement in my execution of each exercise, I am aware more and more of my core muscles, posture, breathing. I am doing as much as 20 -60 minutes 4-5 times a week and I wonder if it could be a good goal to do that as often as every day. This course is great.
Oh wow, Karen! I love hearing about your progress and changes! It makes me happy that you are enjoying the classes 😃 You can definitely do classes daily, and I'd recommend that you vary the workouts so you have both "strength" based days as well mobility/flexibility days for a great balance!

3 weeks in and I am feeling great. Week 2 was for me the hardest but now I'm at the point where I can do most exercises (though perhaps not very gracefully). The main factor is discipline and your course is ideal for that.
