I've got these in the past my go to is 4 slices of fresh bread and butter make a couple of Sangas with the meat and veg add salt n pepper and cheese then toast them you will be surprised actually taste good keep up the good work Greggo
I just bought a lamb roast for dinner cost $20. For two of those meals I get double the taste and food left over

People, listen up. They are lying to us (not Gregory he's ace) . This product says It’s 50% larger than your regular frozen meal (at 320g) . This meal is 480 grams. That's not 50% Keep your eyes peeled we're getting ripped off harder than ever now and people don't even know it.
That looks good, But never ever get the pub size bangers and mash ( McCain , On the menu or Aldi big size). OMG, yuck. Never ever show them light never get the wet, never feed after midnight.

Can make this almost from fresh for 10 bucks 🙄.. the only convenience is you just nuke it this way. Drakes foodland sell 6 pack of snags for $3.20, a homebrand pack of peas and corn like 2 bucks, a couple potatoes is bugger all, most people have instant gravy powder. I'd prefer to make this one... I hate peas.

That's about $20 a kilo. Can buy a whole 2kg chicken plus Maggi gravy some potatoes and pumpkin for around $20. I definitely wouldn't buy this crap.

I would hate to see the heart health of someone who takes Greg's nutrition advice by basing their daily intake just on calories and not taking in salt which 3 of these would be over 5000mg of salt not to mention a total of almost 120 grams of fat and a total of 45 grams saturated fat lol which is over 2 days max allowance for salt and almost 3 days worth of fat and 2 days of saturated fat allowance
