    So many years later after this posing, I never knew Emeril had a show like this. I just happened upon it looking for how to cook lamb. He seems so down to earth. I've been watching the Chef since the late 80s.

    I thought he'd marinate the lamb for a bit before grilling tbh, looks like a rack of lamb cut into pieces.

      As with most cooking shows, he already had some lamb that was already marinaded next too him. He just shows how to make the marinade for the viewers benefit.

    Most US meat is hormone fed fast-growth crap. No wonder it doesn't have any flavor - the muscles haven't done any work! Garlic, lemon, 'erbs might help but basically you are working with spam. Support local farmers and buy what you know.

    Poor Emeril, after Emeril Live got cancelled, Emeril never had a successful show.

      Emeril chose overexposure. He "branded" himself to an early death as a celebrity chef. He was his own undoing. I have no sympathy.

    Geez what's with all these RoL recipes heavily dosing with salt and olive oil..... I'd rather use more herbs than salt and lamb is high in fat so if one lightly sprays the pan/grill and in the marinade use only a couple table spoons. Salt and oil makes everything taste devine, but it also will drown out the true flavor of the lamb - especially if you have organically free-range lamb
