They should upload the checklists for every card in a set so you don't have to manually enter them.
I’m not technology savvy at all! & haven’t submitted anything to PSA in years! But recently put an order together to drop off at the Houston TriStar show. The system to submit was very user friendly for me, the drop off process was painless & the workers there were very friendly & helpful! I will definitely be submitting more cards in the near future, as my collection grows!

Can you please ask PSA to add a section to insert serial number. Its really difficult to remember which serial number card you submitted. Especially whenever you’re submitting over 100 cards at a time. Sometimes you can’t even remember the cards you submitted. Lol
I believed the "declare value (total)" is the total value for the same card. for example, your 3 jordan stickers would be 3 x 100 and declare value is $300 instead of $100 :).
He also forgot to say the declared value is the estimate of what the card will be worth AFTER it's been graded. Not raw card value. But hey, it's all good. We all make mistakes. He still explained (and showed visually) the rest really well
My last submission was the $14.99 January special, was easy and my order was completed in 6 business days!! Total of 13 days from reception to my door.
Try it on mobile. Then get back to me. Needs lots of work, but it's a step in the right direction. They are missing a TON of images... Basically almost any parallel of a card that hasn't been graded a ton is missing an image.
….. let me give you a free suggestion Mr Wilson. SOMEHOW, you guys need to design a device that can give someone a quick grading “appraisal” of their card for basic centering, scans a photo for them to blow up and inspect their card thoroughly , etc… how many young kids would that bring INTO THE STORE for some help deciding if they should submit said card…. If you don’t already, compliment that with a submission service for any of the major grading companies! Let’s / forces the grading companies to compete for your business / attention. 🍻

When inputting the Strawberry cards, you stated that they were $100 each and entered $100 in the declared value, but the box states to put the TOTAL of both items in there, so shouldn't have been $200? Same with the Jordan's.
It works ok they need to make it easier to edit submission. I noticed an error after I had entered it and had two of the same card. It’s impossible to switch it back and adjust it once you hit final. I had a difficult time redoing the order and and making any changes even before that just playing around with the new system

PSA is clearly undergrading the GOATS. They are artificially keeping pop counts down at the literal expense of small dealers and collectors. At the same time they overgrade for their biggest customers and friends of PSA.
I may try sending my bgs 9.5's to psa for crossover. Originally, they were all psa 10's. If I go through with it, I would put psa 10 as the minimum grade. I do prefer beckett's grading scale and label design. Although beckett's inner sleeve causes issues with the clarity and presentation. Is there a risk of damaging the card when psa crosses over a bgs, due to the inner sleeve?
I dont like how psa makes you do different submissions for cards they consider are in different categories. I had pre 1980 cards, post 1980 cards and auto cards i wanted to have tge autos graded as well as the card. Thats 3 different categories and it was 3 different submissions that they return in 3 different shippments. And the app didn't have the option to select the service to have the autos graded. I had to do that from the website. Aggravating. So instead of getting all mg cards back in 1 order i have to wait for 3 orders.
The new system is okay. It is better though. Which shows you how bad it was before. My sub has been in assembly since January 30th. Not sure if i would call that faster.

Maybe the submission process has been streamlined but nothing has changed with PSAs customer service. My latest sub was put on hold. I immediately emailed them trying to find out why and after 10 days heard nothing so I called the number given on the website only to be in a queue for 4 hours and 15 minutes, all to be told my form of payment has been deleted...by them! Evidently it has happened to multiple people lately. Ridiculous
It's still a goofy system. Why are we asked to declare a value (guess a grade). If I knew the grade I wouldn't need PSA. If I want to under-insure a potential Gretzky PSA 10 and send it in through a mail system that can't even deliver Home Depot flyers properly, that's on me.
Who in their right mind would grade the Chipper Jones cards? Geoff said the other day it was his dream growing to have a card shop and loves cards but didn't even know at first that Emotion Chipper Jones was a sharp base set in Baseball and Basketball and not an insert set. They came out in 94-95 for Basketball and the Jordan wearing 45 was the fist card until Finest card 331 came out with him in the 45 as well. I guess PSA must be grading these as promotion. P.S.: Maybe blur the screen next time so people don't see 4 digits and exp of credit card :)
Sounds great. Make it easier to fill out and send in...now if they can speed up the process at PSA so you can get your cards back reasonaibly fast, that would be awesome.
Specials because it's expensive, and then you have to wait weeks if not months. Oh also, i have to pay more to get it faster. So, us peasants dont want to or can't spend hundreds if not thousands to get grades. New owner paid almost a billion for the company. Lawd!
It’s an unbelievable scam that they grade based on the value of the card. The grading itself shouldn’t change according to this. A card is either a 10 or it’s not. “Increased scrutiny” entirely invalidates the integrity of their system

The pop control on Gems is really bogus. I can only imagine what the real protocols are behind closed doors. If it’s a gem, it’s a gem. I really love sports cards but the amount of fraudulent activity is a bummer, from this, to fakes, etc.

@@ryanra44 They've been in Japan for a while if thats what you're refering to. Fact is PSA are incredibly slow at expanding internationally, and if they dont get a move on eventually they'll get left behind - CGC had an office where I am in England before PSA did ffs.

If you under-declare your cards value, you get lower grades. They are just agreeing with you.

That declared value is total for all the cards, not per card. That's confusing and they should fix it.
