Honda PCX 150 Faulty Brake Job Landed Me In the ICU

So, I took my Honda PCX 150 in to the shop to fix the dragging front brake. They replaced the caliper and pads. I got a quarter mile away from the shop when the front brake locked up and tossed me to the pavement on US 19. I landed in the ICU with a fractured clavicle, 7 fractured ribs, a punctured lung and a bunch of road rash. My helmet is destroyed but it saved me. After I got out of the hospital I had the bike towed to my condo. Here's a demo of my neighbor trying to turn the front wheel. Took a lot of force to turn it a little.
