    I worked tremendously hard on this video. However, please note that some animations might not be 100% accurate as the accident occurred just five days ago, and there is not much data available. As soon as more information is released, I’ll make a new, more accurate, video. Also, I would like to express my deepest condolences to the families of those who have lost their loved ones on board flight 182.

      I heard that when we're in a high G-force situation, it can cause us unconscious. G-force happens if the plan is in a very high speed flight (cmiiw). So, i wonder if the attendance passed out first before the plane hit the water. Can someone explain if this can actually happen or not? 🙏

    • @jenniferanderson795
      @jenniferanderson795 3 роки тому +14

      Usually High G-forces (enough to make you unconscious) happen because of hard banks or other hard maneuver. He most likely was not unconscious before they hit the water because the plane isn’t banking hard or doing any other type of maneuvers to cause a really high G-force. The plane is heading straight down (sort of) meaning the plane is not subjecting to gravity, so they were probably experiencing 2-3 g’s before they hit the water. Which 2-3 G’s is not much and not enough to pass out. Hope I helped.

    Latest statement from Indonesia's National Transportation Safety Committee: the aircraft was still intact before hitting the water, they said this after finding that the debris are mainly found in one area and not scattered around. I wasn't "Solving" it Mikey, I was trying to put my experience into the equation. I tried several scenarios and none came up with that outcome. Engine failure, no. Control problems, not likely. Double instrument failures, not likely because they are independent of each other. I would guess a distraction of some sort that got both crew members' attention, the autopilot was clicked off unbeknownst to the crew then when they realized what was going on they were unable to recover the aircraft. As an ex-military pilot, I was trained to restore awareness after being blindfolded and the plane put into unusual positions. It is a terrifying experience to see the instruments whirling and spinning around and the G forces pulling on your inner ear. I am disappointed in snarky comments like yours when someone with experience is offering an explanation. @@mikeymikeymotorbikey

      No countries ground their planes when there is bad weather. The goal of professional aviation is to fly in any conditions except the ones frightening the safety. From the information available now on this tragedy, the weather was not reported to be severe and all the other flights didn't have any issue.
      Everyday, planes takeoff and land from Madere in Portugal or some places in the UK with worse weather conditions without any issue.
      Why Indonesia only would be wrong letting their planes fly ? Because it's Indonesia ?
