3 Nerve Gliding Exercises: Neck, Arm, Shoulder

  • Minor nerve pain can be alleviated with simple gliding exercises.
    (1) Ulnar nerve glide: make an OK symbol with your fingers, flip it upside down and create a mask on your face.
    (2) Median nerve glide: extend your arm, turn your arm so your fingers are pointing down and palm is facing out, then drop your opposite ear towards your shoulder.
    (3) Radial nerve relief: extend your arm, flip your hand down, palm facing your body and drop your opposite ear to your shoulder.

    I want this to help. Will this also help the upper arm pain?

      You should be able to also feel them in your upper arm. You can try this and see if you experience any relief after a few days of practicing this. If there is persistent pain, better have it checked by a medical professional. - YOGABODY Team
