Great Video Matt, I have the popout and bezel. I cannot get them to work together with knobster. Do you have a link i might be able to look how you connected yours together.
matt cna't seem to get popout manager show all 3 panesl for both tbm930 and Longitude to allow all the panels to be added.. How does that work... If you can show a video doing just that it would be a great help

I use the G3X PFD and MFD in my real Cessna 182, and its a little unfair to compare this plugin to the real thing.The plugin is great start, but missing about 75% of actual functionality, and the interface doesn't look like the real thing (parts of it do, but the fonts and organization are different). Most G3X's are paired with an external navigator--in my case a GTN 750, and in my opinion such a pairing could make this half way descent, even despite its other limitations. I was able to pop it out on a separate touchscreen monitor and navigate with my fingers like I do in my aircraft, and that made it tolerable. It would also be cool to see this integrated with Navigraph so that Jeppesen charts could be loaded like I do in my aircraft.

Unfortunately I don't have any experience with interfacing with an iPad. I've always just used HDMI and USB monitors.

Not sure. You could try reaching out to Crunchmeister on the forums or via his UA-cam page (Otto Pilot). He did the G3X bezel. I don't think creating new bezels is time consuming once you know how to do it. I just haven't taken the time to learn.

i got a question, i installed couple days ago pop out manager, i got a touchscreen(and it works on windows) i fly with the 747 and i pop out the lower Eicas screen on the touchscreen. and when i select the checklist on the screen the touchscreen doesnt work, i did select enable touchscreen in the popout profile. do you have an idea why or have any tips? (i actually know why, where i touch on my touchscreens is not the same place as the display in the cockpit if you understend what i mean, if i want to check an item by touch i have to touch way to the right. do you know how i can solve that? thanks and kind regards.

@@mcorrive12 i cant lol, im in to deep now, spend some on 4 screens to top out 4 displays, and just installed a FSD 747 cdu , thats tomuch investing to just walk away when something aint work , so i have to take the hard road sometimes to figure it out lol

That is a very clear video. But how to drag an drop the pop-out windows (i.e. the PFD) to a external iPad wich is connected to my pc?
That's not possible with Asobos current implementation of MSFS. You would have to use xplane to get that feature. We've been asking Asobo to implement that for 3 years now.
Does it work for the F-35?
I can't make this works.. any ideas? it says Unable to pop out the first panel. Please check the first panel's number circle is positioned inside the panel, check for panel obstruction, and check if panel can be popped out. Pop out process stopped.
Make sure you have the latest version downloaded. I had a similar issue with an earlier version of the software though the issue was resolved in a later software version.

Do you have two gpus? If not, how is the fps drop? I use two gpus, and if I pop out two screens (mfd and pfd) the fps drops by 30% roughly. If I pop out just one fos stays the same, but this only happens if I pop out 1 screen on a monitor plugged in the 2nd gpu.
I don't know how to fix this..

No complaints about them. I've had them since Oct 2020. I love that they have their own case/stand so I can stow them away easy when I'm not flying and my sim becomes my home office.
i as well have 2 of the same monitors. good product, has hdmi, and usbc inputs. seeing this video makes me wanna download that pop out manager. looks great.

Firstly, can you please explain how you got the popouts on to your portable touchscreen monitor?
Secondly, I have a multi-monitor setup, but have a tablet instead of a portable touch screen monitor like yours. Is there any way I can get the popouts on to my tablet?
yeah they would just keep saying they couldn't pop out to my manager. couldn't get it to work either

I'm using it in addition to air manager, but I guess yes, if you wanted to use this with only the popped out panels, And if you didn't care about needing to control the buttons on the bezels of those touch screens, then yes you could use this program for free. But if you want access to any of those bezels, you'll need to use air manager.
Their manager does the bezels. Pop out panel manager only handles the touch screen capability of the popped out panels themselves.
@mcorrive12 appreciate the lengthy response as a novice getting started with building out my cockpit. One last question, are you familiar with the knobster and if that would work with popout manager or not?
@@MotivaliantMindset Yes, in this video @11:42 I use the knobster to adjust the course pointer on the HSI and the Barometric Altimeter.
This link below is a 30 second short of my setup and you can see the knobster at the 27 second mark.
The knobster is AWESOME!! But the knobster also requires air manager. But air manager is one time cost and is also awesome for building a full home cockpit simulator.
