No talking, just walking. Exploring the English Countryside. A pleasant winter stroll along a familiar path! The Dovedale to Milldale walk. We start in a slightly different place as the Stepping stones are currently out of use, recent heavy rains dislodged some of the stones and they are due to be fixed in early Spring. We then follow the River upstream to Milldale where we explore the village a little bit more. Do enjoy :)

Hi there, I‘m Dave! I've lived in the English Countryside all my life, and I love it! I enjoy walking, and couldn’t help but notice just how beautiful the UK can be away from the cities. I found myself inspired and decided to get some camera equipment and make some walking videos so I can share my walks of the beautiful countryside with everyone!

I use the free version of Davinci Resolve 16 to do some really basic editing. Mainly making sure the sky isn't over exposed. It's from Camera straight to UA-cam. No cuts, no fancy business, no talking, just walking.

Love how you’ve shown this magnificent walk in different seasons. What a spiritual/mystical place with the cave systems and rock formations -love it. Definitely want to explore the Peak District when I get there one day. ❤

Lovely walk. I finished the whole walk, walking on my treadmill, tv in front of me. But...I did stop half way for a cuppa. I really enjoyed that one. Thanks.
Thanks Dave, a lovely walk, I grew up on the south Downs, near Boxhill, which was the hilliest place around, so I really enjoy the rugged landscape that you have up there.

It's a few years since I did this walk on a hot summer day. My elderly dog tried to cross the stepping stones but gave in and went for a paddle( she always hated getting her feet wet!) Thankyou for staying upright on the slippy bumpy narrow bits. Another lovely walk which I followed again on my treadmill.

Worked at the Peveril of the Peak in the mid 70’s. Know that beautiful area quite well. 25 min mark on the video, used to swim a bit up river near the stepping stones!! Thanks for the memories😃

i don't think it was 1:30 PM! but a lovely calming experience following along with you. I remember the stepping stones from a previous video. I believe you crossed over in that one. how different it looks in winter.
It was around 1:30Pm, by the time I got back to the car it was 5pm and getting dark.

Went with you with trepidation. I don't like snow ,just looking at it fills me with dread.Quite a few tricky areas to pass, the caves were very interesting, we're they formed naturally?.My husband is a Yorkshireman so he loved the whole terrain.Must admit it was very beautiful,I would love to see it in the Summer.You must have been shattered.
