The missing element, a live event with an audience, is sad, though as a longtime fan of both bands to me it sounds excellent just the same. Know me broken by my master
Teach thee on child, love hereafter
    Into the flood again
Same old trip it was back then
So I made a big mistake
Try to see it once my way
    Drifting body, it's sole desertion
Flying, not yet quite the notion
    Into the flood again

Owe us? You must be young, they owe it to themselves. The KORN version was "great", This version was 'grated'. Country and western folk bands like Metallica should never cover legacy grunge songs. This felt the same as if we were to be watching Johnny Cash cover Cannibal Corpse songs haha! Don't get me wrong, since it was a charity event Metallica did work equivalent to what they were paid to do it lol. #ZILCH #ZERO #NOTTA

It says something about a tribute show when a world class act like Metallica gets outperformed by almost everybody else. This is not a terrible cover, James vocals are quite good honestly, but still one of the less impressive versions of that evening.
