@jonkeiser6092 It only made $15 million at the box office for a couple reasons. I mean, I could see why they didn't make it to an actual episode cause, like we already have the whole evil version of the girls with the rowdyruff boys it would definitely be kind of strange to have essentially two groups of evil powerpuff girls running around
I thought they were a fanmade multiverse that got so popular they're turned into a comic, not that it was a actual comic that got popular, that's so cool
Last time I checked each episode I see the girls do have a strong connection and loving bond with the professor like a father and 3 daughters should. what are you talking about?
I hope the new series uses some of the source material from the comics, there's so much they could adapt that I think would translate perfectly into animation 🤩
Glad to hear I'm not the only one who knows the deep facts which happens to be the 50th comic issue was meant to be an episode that was unfortunately canceled due to budget cuts!
I'm still amazed they're canon For years I thought they were something made by fans, nope, they're very canon and my first memories of them are watching AMVs on youtube
A part of me really wants to see the Powepunk Gurls episode after reading this comic digitally. And wouldn't it be cool if their evil counterpart meet and humiliates the Rowdyruff Boys, and they reluctantly decide to turned to the Powerpuff girls for help? That would be supper dope if you ask me!
Now I could be wrong but if I'm not mistaken I've heard that these characters never appeared in the show due to the movie being made (again I could be wrong) but if this is the case then this makes me upset. It's bad enough I didn't care for the movie (perhaps its a good movie if you're trying to get into the franchise) but knowing that we could have had something better instead really grinds my gears.

You know, i wish the Powerpunk Girls to make their appearance in the Powerpuff Girls season 7. I must cross my finger if they can do it. 🤞
I’m really hoping Craig does it, it could be so coool!!
It's too bad it never made it into the show. 😢
Yeah I really wish they did
Oh my god, I love that this is a topic and is coming back. I had to search high and low for this comic and still have it.
Your one of the lucky ones lol I’m still looking
Huh, i didn't know they were real...
I had seen them a long, long time ago when i was younger. I now wish they had shown up in the series so we would have an all-out war between the Power Puff Girls Power Punk Girls and Rowdy Ruff Boys.
wow that was a nice story that was a missed opportunity for a great episode series
Right, it would have been so cool to see it animated. Maybe one day
I'm glad to see this video, because I always wondered where the powerpunk girls came from in the fandom. I do hope that the powerpunk girls will someday get their first episode someday to explore their universe
I want to campaign for Craig to put them in his new series, that would be really cool! I appreciate your comment
They should have made this a animated tv special on cartoon network
That would have been really cool but after the movie failed cartoon network turned it down:(
HOLY CRAP THEY WERE CANON? MY CHILDHOOD FEELS ALIVE
YESSSSS, LET YOUR CHILDHOOD LIVE!!
I used to think it was fanmade, but I never knew it was canon until a few years ago.
I just learned about a month ago, they’re really fun characters
I wish this would have become a real episode or special. It probably would have raised the popularity of the show.
Something the fans will enjoy
Absolutely:)
I mean, I could see why they didn't make it to an actual episode cause, like we already have the whole evil version of the girls with the rowdyruff boys it would definitely be kind of strange to have essentially two groups of evil powerpuff girls running around
I wish we had gotten their episode so bad, i love them so much 😭
Rightt, their such cool little brats
i wonder what the gangreen gang would look like in the alternate reality where powerpunk girls exist
@@kittyxred727 I would love to see that
I thought they were a fanmade multiverse that got so popular they're turned into a comic, not that it was a actual comic that got popular, that's so cool
Right? I made a second video on them with the hopes of getting the episode made finally, it’d be really cool to see
Last time I checked each episode I see the girls do have a strong connection and loving bond with the professor like a father and 3 daughters should. what are you talking about?
Yeah our original girls do but the power punks don’t. I’d be really interested to see what their relationship with their professor is like.
I hope the new series uses some of the source material from the comics, there's so much they could adapt that I think would translate perfectly into animation 🤩
That would be so cool to see, there’s so much untapped potential there
I remember this from my childhood, i never read the book but i was absolutely OBSESSED with the powerpunk girls
Sucks they were only shown once:/ hopefully we get to them again one day
I remember reading the comic, i loved the concept so much
It’s such a great concept. Hopefully we get to see them again one day tomato person
@@Childishju AGREED!
Me too it’s fits my aesthetic
Glad to hear I'm not the only one who knows the deep facts which happens to be the 50th comic issue was meant to be an episode that was unfortunately canceled due to budget cuts!
Yep, I really hope one day we do actually get to see that happen. Maybe we’ll see it in the reboot :)
This takes me back to my early youtube days watching those powerpoint stories
I miss when everyone just made PowerPoint presentations for peoples entertainment on UA-cam
Why wasn't it released?? IT HAD SO MUCH POTENTIAL 😢
I’m making a video on why it didn’t release and how we can get it to release that should be out Saturday!
@@Childishju oh ok can't wait to see it
so it wasn't fan made this i wish this was a episode about PowerPunk Girls
Yeah I thought it was some fake fan idea at first too, but it’s real. And I really hope Craig brings them back for the new series
@@Childishju me too
I'm still amazed they're canon
For years I thought they were something made by fans, nope, they're very canon and my first memories of them are watching AMVs on youtube
So many people have deep memories with these girls despite them never being in an episode, I find that so fascinating and cool
That means the rowdyruff boys in that mirror would have been the RowdyRobust Boys
Lmaooo maybe so
Scene powerpunk girls design go so metal tho 💀🔥
Right??!!
Ironically there’s a song from the official ppg ost called the power punk girls
I didn’t know that, wow I should have used that lol
this plot would be a great plot for a special
I think so too!
@@a.jthomas6132 I would love to see that take place
their outfits go so hard tho
These girls too tuff
I remember I would see vids of the power punk girls and other versions of them
Takes you back to those old AMV days doesn’t it
@@Childishju yep :D
Now I could be wrong but if I'm not mistaken I've heard that these characters never appeared in the show due to the movie being made (again I could be wrong) but if this is the case then this makes me upset. It's bad enough I didn't care for the movie (perhaps its a good movie if you're trying to get into the franchise) but knowing that we could have had something better instead really grinds my gears.
Yeah your correct, the movie was the main reason this episode never made it into production unfortunately.
So this is kind of like the Darkwing Duck enters Negaduck's alternate universe.
Pretty much, that’s a good comparison
I wonder who would win in a fight, these PowerPunk Girls or the RowdyRuff Boys
That fight would destroy the planet lmaoo
With Craig McCracken making a new show, I'm hoping they'll use this Powerpunk concept in an episode.
@@disneyvillainsfan1666 I hope so too!!
I wish we got this episode,I love alternate universe episodes ♥
I really do too, it would have been great!
I always assumed the powerpunk girls were fanmade! No womder their designs are so good. I remember watching AMV's of them back in the day.
Their designs are really cool! I hope Craig does something with them in the future
Ah yes, the Kickass Girls.
This is accurate
I remember seeing that comi a long time ago on youtube it's crazy how this came back to me after all these years. 😂😂😂😂 This was bck in my cringe days where i had a crush on Brick, sung "be my bad boy" and listened to "listen to you heart" like they were my soul songs. 😅😂 My pre-teen and early teen days were ao cringe.
Oh my gosh no way you had a crush on brick lmaooooo, that’s adorably sweet but equally embarrassing lol I love that. Embrace the cringe, it’s the cringe that makes us special lol. This is definitely one of my favorite comments
That was a really good mojo, JoJo Jomo, Momo voice
Thanks so much lol, I think this is the first compliment I’ve Received about it:)
I had no idea about this ,thank u for this video
No problem!! I’m glad to help:)
July 1, 2004? That was 20 years ago!
Oh my gosh that’s true. Maybe I can get Craig McCrackens attention and see if he’ll do an interview for the powerpunks anniversary
I have a question who are the PowerPunk Girls? I have never heard of these characters
They appear in the comics
Well I did
They are an alternative dimension’s version of the Powerpuff girls who are evil in their universe
This was actually a cool story. Felt like I watched a lost episode 😂
I appreciate that lol, I just wish they actually made it into one
I would've loved to hear the portrayals of the Powepunk Girls from Catherine Cavadini, Tara Strong, and E.G. Daily.
That would have been so cool! Tara strong is gonna be at the convention in the summer so maybe I’ll ask her about it
@Childishju Oh cool!
so its been 12 years and i just now find out in 2024 that their canon and not a fan thing
Lmaooo it’s crazy the network didn’t do anything with them considering their popularity
If you told me at 7 there were a cancelled episode of powerpunk girls when I was deep in my baby artist ppg Fan Phase, I would’ve fallen to my knees in TEARS
Aww lmao I hope Craig sees how much people want to see this and decide to finally make the episode l
0:02 South of the border rodent… BUTTERCUP! You can’t say that in 2024. 😂
Lmaoooo
Yes she can
Oppressor Utonium that gave me a chuckle. That was clever 😂
Lmao the perfect name
