It’s crazy how I only felt clear about the idea of adaption, but upon meditating this morning, the idea of water hit me when i realize, meditation allows the mind to let go, to detach from the false reality that sticks on to us, to watch it go like a cloud. Then it hit me... Everyone in a way contains the substance he terms “emotional content” (uses this term alot in his philosophy) I feel this same idea when he talks about water, water is our emotional content (our thoughts, emotions, our being, values, beliefs, experiences, perceptions etc).... Water is like our emotional content because, it can shaped by the cup, the bottle, the teapot (how our perceptions are shaped by our will or experiences) another important thing is to understand that emotional content is expressed through our mode of being and through our actions. Bruce Lee once said, “you will continue to suffer if you have a emotional reaction to everything that is said to you. True power is sitting back and observing everything with logic. IIf words control you that means everyone else can control you. Breath and allow things to pass” this is a good example for the feeling or emotion of “Anger” one reaction to anger can be aggression and by that we allow that water to react and crash and we may decide to attack the person causing us that anger, causing destruction and harm to one’s our harmony. Thus we must be adaptable, yes, we also must not hold onto any particular conditioned belief before looking at it through logic and intuition. To allow our emotional content is like shaping water in a mould. Water can be shaped the way we will it to... We can the shapers of that, the adaptors. @areeb sajid I don’t know how wise you thought you sounded, of course everyone knows death is inevitable. Some hate the idea and are scared, others aren’t. Bruce lee however, along with lots of other inspirational figures in people’s lives were taken too early. They deserved more than a shortened life but with that being said I believe that was their destiny.
