These types of videos are THE most helpful!! I would absolutely love a series of meal prep videos like this... So nice to have the whole week planned out. Personally I think the hardest part of meal prep is actually the meal PLANNING!
Thank you so much for sharing! 🌟 I'm currently 34 weeks pregnant, and I've been Bing watching your vlogs! Your my new Netflix I love your channel and Sage is Adorable 💓💙💓💙 Lots of love from Australia xx
You are a awesome Mum, Sage will be exposed to such a variety of foods and flavours!! Hope she is still enjoying all her first food experiences and you are feeling more confident now. Thanks for sharing some fun recipes for us to try👍
I love meal prepping veggies and proteins to grab out of the fridge during the week. I love the idea of steaming the veggies in a broth. I need to try that.
This is exactly what I have been looking for to help me with meal prepping! It looks so simple and feasible, not overwhelming!Yes, more videos of meal prep recipes please!
I love roasted radishes! They got me to start eating them raw too. Just toss with oil (olive or avocado), salt, pepper and lemon juice. They almost taste like small red potatoes. 😋
Looks so good! Would love more of these ideas too - if you have anything else (sauces) that are nut and shellfish free would be great for our little family. Thank you!
Watched the video and immediately went ahead, put my 3-month-old babygirl in the carrier and we made the oat & peanut butter bars😍 omg they are heaven! I am also a big fan of satay sauce, going to make a batch soon! How long can you store that one in the fridge?
Omg yes we made roasted radishes with roasted potatoes this week and they were so good! I harvested our first crop of radishes this week and we probably have like 75-100 radishes so we are getting creative!
@@OswaldDigestiveClinic I highly recommend growing them! They’re one of the easiest veggies to grow and a lot of them are ready to harvest about 30 days from planting seeds
I always find meal prepping seems like a great idea, but then when I try to put it into practice I get really turned off at the idea of eating cooked proteins or veggies like 2 days after cooking it. I would be interested in seeing some prep videos where you pre-cut/marinate food but not cook it until the day you plan to eat it. I find there's a big difference for me personally when food is cooked and eaten same day vs days later
Hey! I can’t seem to find how long you cook the shrimp and/or tofu in the peanut sauce. You just say the tofu “cooks at the same time as the shrimp” but there’s no time frame mentioned? Thanks!
I love these recipes but I am a bit scared to try them. They all look so good and yummy but as a diabetic I am nervous that some recipes are carb/sugar heavy. Any advise or substitutes that you would recommend? Love your videos!
@@HealthNutNutrition Would they be good without the chocolate chips? Trying to figure out if I can make them today or if I have to wait til I get groceries 😆
I have a suggestion and you should really try it! Hard boiled eggs with mustard! I know it sounds wierd but I have been eating themm like this since i was a kid so if you see this please try the combo! You won't regret it. Also I can't belive how fast Sage is growing!😍❤

Oatmeal bars will be great for breast feeding 👌 have been trying to find good oatmeal recipes!
yes that is my excuse too ;) Gotta eat them for the milk haha but also cause.. PB and choc
If I don’t have coconut sugar, can I use more maple syrup?
I would probably do 1/2 cup in total since it will add more liquid!
