There is access to contraband in the forestry section. I made the mistake of not fencing it off once and had prisoners running around sawing people’s arms off, lol.
I think the "staff doors" can be opened by any staff, not just security. They do not exclude inmates from passing through them. Also, when you made certain areas "staff only" areas, you needed to include the power station and water station rooms.
you have no yard! lol dont forget the yard and add pathways between each buildings with more gates in between as well for better look and security love the series i wish you would do more a week

If you go the the bottom on the policy section you can allow all staff to have keys
that little 3x1 between the padded cells and the psych office is a nice spot to fit a solitary padded cell

The game has effectively rendered yards useless, so there's no point in putting on in beyond just fulfilling the early grant that requires it
I found the give keys to workmen thing, had to goodle but it is call, allow staff keys, it is in policy.

It's in policy hahaha, the downside is that if a worker gets killed the prisoners can steal their keys, and there's no real way to protect workers
