  • Abdulla Alawadhi is a champion PowerBuilder (A bodybuilder who lifts for size and strength like Ronnie Coleman) in the UAE. He is young, smart and very strong. He inclined bench press 95 KG dumbbell in each hands for reps. That's very strong. He came over to know more about grip. He has doing heavy back work the day before so his grip wasn't recovered at all. I believe he can go a long way if he dedicates some of his time to grip.
Abdullah is also the owner of the The Dungeon Gym in Dubai. Please visit his UA-cam channel and watch the entire video. Don't forget to like and subscribe to his YT channel.
Beyond that is my recent trip to Egypt with little to no AW ;) We visited most Pyramids in Giza. The two big pyramids in Giza which were Khufu and Khafra'a. Then went to the step Pyramid at Saqqara. Finally the ancient Red and Bent Pyramid located at the Royal Necropolis of Dahshur.
P.S. BTW I've lost around 30 KG since January. I weight around 101 KG. Glad with my results.

Thank you for your concern. While I agree that cardiovascular health is crucial, I believe that everyone who went in was extremely tired due to the low oxygen supply. You just won't hear them from my phone mic. As you mentioned, cardio is indeed important for overall health. Regarding the video, the pyramid I visited is known to be the most challenging to enter worldwide. Despite being advised against it by everyone there, I took it as a personal challenge.
