President Zelensky visits new frontline defences in Donetsk

- President Volodymyr Zelenskiy on Friday (April 19) visited the frontline Donetsk region in Ukraine's east and held a meeting on the defence situation.
He said on X that he also visited a paratroopers' medical platoon and examined the construction of fortifications: "Every effort must be made in this regard."
Twenty-five months into Moscow's full-scale invasion, Ukraine is on the back foot, and Russian troops are inching forward.

The same fortifications Russia used to enforce their own frontlines tbf. There comes to a point where u can't manufacture any more glide bombs then Russia would have to use their ground troops again and get decimated just like how Ukraine got decimated in the counter-offensive

NATO whisked him out of the country yesterday as there were at least two active plots against him; Germany arrested a couple of agents. However, he should be judged by his own people; whatever fate is for him should be their decision. His term ends in a month and he becomes a civilian again; if Ukraine goes down, he should do what any honorable captain would do. We shall soon see the end of this drama.
