I have subscribed for years. Got to say, on camera, no watch has looked better than the PRX. The way it catches the light is awesome.
I can recommend your next car being an Audi and in the "S" category (mine's an S5 Cabrio Quattro, 3.0L supercharger with APR stage 2 goodies). The "A" is your base model and the "RS" is your Fast-n-Furious model, so the "S" falls between them (personally, I wouldn't kick a RS out of my garage if someone gave me one!). I had a MB-E450 cabby and while a gorgeous and fun ride, it simply didn't have the "out of the box" performance and handling of the equivalent Audi S5. While I'm sure the BMW crowd will come roaring in, they don't have the addictive whine of the always-on supercharger and uncommon presence in-the-metal. As always, YMMV, lol.

Zenith El Primero HW I used to own one...broke the mainspring after a decade of use, finding a replacement is just next to impossible.

Breitling Navitimer. It is not thin by spec. But it wear thinner than the spec.
Agree with this. Navitimer is an icon and it's designed to read thinner on the wrist than the specs might suggest. Lots of sizes and colourway choices to go at too.
Love my Zenith Chronomaster Sport. Admired the look when I was a teen and when I sold the brand, and picked one up when I saw it again.

Absolutely love my Speedy pro. Goes on any strap, works for so many situations. Speedmaster gets so many eyerolls from watch snobs that now I love wearing it even more.
El primero as a hand wind is a kind of joke. The idea behinde the movement is , it was the first automatic chonograph movement.
Off the beaten path just a little, but if you're a motor sport fan the Chopard Mille Miglia is quite thin for a chrono and a lovely watch all around.

Perhaps not in the “thin” bracket but Breguet Type XX still gotta be one of the best value chronos out there.

What do you think about chopard mille miglia chronograph? I know its modified eta and not a LUC movement, but older models can be found in 2000EUR range, which is very good for a Chopard
I have the same concern before. The modular movement in particular. My final answer was to got a Breitling Top Time.
Oh by the way, Hamilton Intramatic Chronograph was also a very strong contender back then. I finally didn't pick it up was because I just prefer three sub-registers layout more. Given that it's much less in cost, every watchmakers can service the almighty 7753 movement, it's really worth give it a look.

There's actually a few chronographs I would get over the Speedmaster Professional. Sinn 144stsa, Tutima military chronograph, Sinn Space chronograph 142, Orfina PD , Heuer Monaco calibre 11 or a bunch of other Heuer chronographs. Just over the Speedmaster Professional it's over done and if I did go with Omega it would be something from the glory years like the Omega Speedmaster Mark 3 that has alot of charm and character

I got tired of Speedies over 20 years ago and sold off my collection of them. How many limited editions. When I ran a store in the st Croix we were a Fortis AD, so I snagged the B42 cosmonauts chrono it's been my edc watch for over 10 years and have never encountered another in the wild it's been bullet proof sofar
Pasha chronograph: super thin, great rotating bezel, Genta design ... So much better than the Zenith.

I have a question. Speedmaster is so closely related to moon landing . But the entire world outside US has doubt that it actually happened . What you think would be the impact to Speedmaster as a product and omega as a brand if the issue is true ?
