Oh, and since each firing of the main black hole weapon requires one attack moon per firing, better have about, oh, 300 attack moons following the Attack Black Hole. As if that wasn’t enough dakka, the following could be possible: A GALAXYCRAFT. A massive interstellar framework powered by every single star in every single solar system, connecting all stellar objects in a system together with a construct that spans along the hyperlanes and physically connects every system to every other neighboring system. All moons, planets, systemcraft, black holes and fleets move within predetermined areas of movement. Wormholes become as mundane as doors are to us, allowing teleportation of pops, resources, trade and armaments anywhere and everywhere. Everything perfectly ordered, all for one purpose: physically moving the entire damn galaxy. Why? Well, perhaps a crisis could spawn where a galaxy similar to the L-Cluster tries to swallow our galaxy, and we must shift our galaxy out of that enemy galaxy’s path; or another galaxy with a hive mind got their galaxycraft working, and threaten to use their quasi-stellar obliterator on our systems, and we need the galaxycraft to even have a chance at defending against that monstrosity. I was re educating myself on quasars today and came up with the idea of a quasar mass acceleration canon and was surprised ( mostly scared that my brain came up with this) that Stellaris was the only form of media that had this idea. Side note though is that my idea function's around a structure smaller than the moon that generates it's own singularity ( can place in an ort cloud outside of a star system or in a gas giant for the fuel source) uses graviton accelerators and stabilizers because the amount of time to charge up a smbh for it to fire would be too long but if you force fed a lmbh matter it could hypothetically charge up at a rate infinitely faster compared to a smbh

I was wondering when you would cover this... ahhh we are nearing it brother can you feel it? Now you know the true meaning of DAKKA!!!!!!!
Even with all this Dakka, i still think we need more!
I was not really serious when I said that the next step after planet destroying & world ships would be Nova weapons.
But here we are.
It not letting you build in the system is not really a bug, there is still an enemy starbase in that system that hasn't been neutralized. Also if you have the universal resource patch mod it needs to be at the bottom of your list because Stellaris's load order is from the bottom up and it needs to be loaded first to see the quasimatter, also good luck being able to time the fleet destroying beam it really doesn't work unless the enemy fleet is stationary or really slow.
Someone needs to make a dueling galaxies mod so two of the can fight each other.
Yes more, more , i need more of this INSANITY in my life, let us be showered in the insanity of the void , no, we want to be showered with Quasars light
The pinnacle of "watch this AWP down mid"
The message sent to everyone when the gun is built; "PREPARE TO FEEL THE POWER OF PINE-SOL!"
Next Gigastructure will just let you launch a star into a system to make it explode.
Straight up a comically large cannon that shoots stars.
I started playing this with my friend and had the glorious moment showing him the colossus with cleansing the unfortunate xenos that are taking up precious processing power.
This just gets to the point where you get to remove the planets taking up your CPU.
2:41 Issac Arthur's mega structures video made that name drop a fun "Oh shit" moment. Its cool to see crazy somewhat less well known mega-structures like the Alderson disk in this mod. I am a bit peeved about the in game description saying "allowing for habitation on its upper surface" though, it doesn't have an 'upper' surface, its not using Terry Pratchett's disk world physics. Gravity is produced on the disk by a mix of sheer mass and spinning to keep things from crunching down into sphere. Both sides of an Alderson Disk feel gravity and are habitable.

Cant wait for weaponizing the galaxy to invade the galaxies of other players
You also kind of skipped the choices you could make with the parameters of the weapon
Supernova Galaxy Megatron Death Destructor Devastator when?
0:53 i love this skips xD
26:00 A laugh of a man who has gone mad with power lol
Smickly more, your solar system is no more.
Aspec
...
There is never enough dakka.
love the cackling at the end.. Aspec's gone mad with power xD
Me: Computer, target the Cenama system in quadrant A7.
Computer: Negative commander, hostiles in area.
Me: I am aware computer, fire immediately.
Computer: Negative commander, hosiltes must be clear of the area.
Me: Captain, replace this computer with one that is more willing to follow commands.
Captain: * *grabs screwdriver* *
Computer: Weapon powering up.
Me: Excellent
Some days I really do think that Humanity really is the Interstellar Scourge.
Mark my words, the mod will eventually just allow us to make a penrose bomb in the core black hole, which upon use just closes the game. XD
You can build a penrose bomb already... but I think all it does when going off is shuffle the surrounding hyperlanes
Correct.
@@A_Spec Yes I know, but I mean HUGE one.
Since we now have an extra large black hole to explode.
If you don't name your Alderson Disk "Midgar"- you're wrong.
Either that, or "Flat Earth."
@@ryangagne5321 That's a different mod
It would be super cool to play a pacifist empire until you research the Quasi-Stellar Obliterator, embrace a militarist faction, build the hyperweapon, and suddenly obliterate the galaxy.
But what happens if you use your quasi-stellar obliterator to quasi-stellar obliterate the quasi-stellar obliterator?
King of the hill mode. One pklayer starts with the gun. The rest has the objective to survive and destroy the gun
Is the sound effect from 6:05 the Ratchet and Clank ship space loading effect? 😂 Random but seems to remind me of it
Ah nice, big gun go boom
Im glad i caught this
The construction site is cheap!
The disc itself [long pause] IS NOT
This is why aliens won't let us go out into space.
Sooner or later we'd build a giant gun around a quasar
-1000 for destroying a planet and only -100 for destroying a system ... did they forget 00 for the system destruction at the end?
this is like DBZ escalations. But can you really go any further after you have the birch world with trillions of area of land to claim?
Next update: a weapon to destroy the entire galaxy
A weapon to surpass Metal Gear.
That star has got to be the best star name i've ever seen
*The Senate Objects to this action*
"I AM THE SENATE!"
The other empires are maybe 10% of my voting power combined
@@A_Spec no they have no vote they are not your people therefore have no rights and must be purged only the people of your worlds are allowed to vote on anything and they all bow before your power
At that moment, a small and insignificant empire reveals that they posses a quasi stellar obliterator with precise grid coordinates already in it.
This empire: your argument is I.N.V.A.L.I.D. You no longer are the Senate.
"More. MORE!"
Weapon that destroys entire Star Systems:
Paradox: WRITE THAT DOWN! WRITE THAT DOWN!
So uh .... some mad lad added onto this. The gargantuan quasarcraft. It lets you build a ship around the obliterator. It looks sooooo cool.
Guess what I'm working on
@@A_Spec Niiiice.
*sees the galactic core gun* Dats enuff dakka
There will necer be enuff dakka.
The Gaia Slice - Bring minerals to make a whole ass slice of ring to the dig those minerals.
I wonder what species/setup Aspec uses for his gigastructure? Like how is it kitted out to get through it faster.
Maybe an idea for a video.
console commands ;)
@@somelaser5906 the ultimate build
The way the sponsorship was introduced really got me. HOW ARE THEY OKAY WITH THIS?
26:09 This was the time he became an evil emperor
Ghazghkull would argue there is never enough dakka. He was wrong. This is enough dakka.
What you didn't mention was that you are now at war with the entire galaxy
If anyone wants to get this, you need it’s ascension perk “A Weapon to Pierce the Heavens” and you need the Apocalypse DLC to unlock that. Also find a quasar. That’s required to build the thing.
The DLC yeah
The Ascension perk he already mentions
"A weapon to Pierce the Heavens"
-*Gurren Laggan Intensifies*
at this rate gigastructures will be getting to gurren laggan levels of ridiculous pretty soon.
Big gun, got a hot one
Big gun, got a number one
Big gun, loaded and cocked
Big gun, hot hot hot
Got big gun, ready or not
Big gun, give it, give it a shot
Hey there, just wanted to ask if you will one day release a ASpec Modpack and like diffrent versions of them, like a lite, normal and heavily modded version where the light one would only contain the must haves for example?
Even tho I´ve been searching and watching your vids I still cant find some of the mods there and just modpacks that work would overall be a great help.
Thx for everything!
Finally... i can create INTROVERT LAND
Imagine:
An Alderson disc, half gaia world (with extra-rainy weather), half hypercomputer (to run giga-modpacks, store books, etc.)
And no way to get to it after being “sealed” by destroying surrounding stars(so no more pesky “social interaction”)
So ASpec has transformd him self into an endgame crisis
Always have been
it sent those planets to another dimension.
i love these but i wish they'd make some more early game stuff to help you slide into gigastructures
