    What if my neck is really down when I do this exercise like forward?

      Couple possible issues: it could cause some stress on your neck and it may limit your ability to extend from your T-Spine. If you are feeling discomfort in your neck when lifting your head try tucking your chin a bit more but watch out for it going forward.

      @@functionalfitnessva i noticed that my shoulders actually drive my head forward they are tilted forward and down should i strenghten lower and upper traps in y raise and t raise?
