Fold 3 user here. Many people complain about the gigantic keyboard when using the phone in tablet mode, but that's easily remedied by using the floating keyboard and resizing it to your preference. The Samsung keyboard and Google keyboard both have the floating option.
just got my Fold 4 which has an even more gigantic keyboard than the 3 and I have absolutely no issue typing on it. I find it quite comfortable in fact. less typing erros and I can type just as fast as any other regular phone
Exactly. I have floating keyboard set as default on my Tab S8+. Holding the tablet with one hand and swipe typing with another. Some people prefer split keyboard, but not for me. Anyway, Samsung provides the options long ago and even Gboard just in the midst of releasing split keyboard.
Been a Flip user since the first one. Never had one issue with any of them so I'm lucky in that sense it seems, but I'm so used to folding it a bit and standing it in landscape to watch videos, use the cover display to record and take pictures, folding it a bit to hug my face during a phone call. All these small things just make it so much more versatile than any other slab phone. The cameras can be better and the battery still isn't flagship level but still, If your into the flip and "get" it, there's no substitute.
@@metalviking7776 So in short, yes, the battery replacement process is easy it's just like any other modern phone. Apply heat to soften the adhesive, take off back glass, the battery is held down with adhesive too, I don't know why Samsung continues to do this, but you can use a bit of isopropyl alcohol to make it easier. Then just swap out the battery. My original purple Z Flip has degraded quite a bit but its like 4 years old now. My Flip 3 on the other hand hasn't meaningfully degraded, but at 7pm I'm usually ready for a top up. I have 5 Qi chargers around my apartment though so for me the battery was never an issue.

@Taz D update: I've decided to go with the Fold 4 and I completely fell in love with it. The cover screen size is something I adapted to, and now it doesn't even bother me a bit. I went out and got a Z Flip 4, because I grew up with flip phones, and that kind of design just appeals to me in general, not just because of nostalgia, but also because of pocketability. I love the z flip 4 it's been my daily driver for four days now.
Great Phone. Have you tried attaching it to a Eclipse Rover? Amazing!
Using the fold body as a stand while resting on a table is a ease off your hand and can take group photos is awesome 👍💯. The fold photo dual features is useful that you can take photos while viewing recently taken photos is awesome 👍💯. The flip is ideal to take group photos as well just like the fold but better. The fold is a productivity phone with wide range of multi-tasking features while the flip is a compact flexible phone for good portability.
Does fingernail hurt the screen much? I'm not referring to people with long nails, just short to average nails. As seen on jerry rigs, it seemed pretty bad, but is it really that bad?
I'd rather my 22 ultra, got a lot of comments on how good the camera is👍
Bro was tempting god with the battery of that fold
im getting a flip, mainly go reduce my phone time
I think all phone needs an outside display to take good pictures.
If next S23 Ultra does it it will be new thing that makes people want to buy S23 Ultra. If next S23 Ultra only gets better camera, video , better battery, looks the same then I'll just keep
Z Flip 4 which just arrived today. All phone are the same nothing makes me excited with S series anymore. Yes that 30 times or 100 times zoom I use it with my kids games and that is great so I hope that Z Flip 5 gets zoom
I love the flip 4 more than the fold.Which phone do you use as your daily?Btw love your content so much, keep them videos coming.
Nah
Why you dont review s22 ultra and s22?
Can you make a video on the Galaxy Buds2 Pro vs the AirPods Pro
got my flip 4......lovin it
Flip 4. Im a flipping flipper that flips the flip. Flipped! Flippy
I'd love to get a flip!
To me the Flip looks a little Too small and the Fold a little too big. Also wish the experience watching movies was better. Right now I type in my galaxy s9 looking at all the insane options. Was seriously looking at the LG wing and other discontinued products
Is it true that the Fold 4 has a tendency to crack and split right down the fold??
Gameboy reference was spot on 😄
